I was lost in my own thoughts looking from the corner of my eye over the other girls standing behind the men around the table. They kept their gazes down and stood like perfect statues, without moving or saying a single word. They could've easily been soldiers of the Buckingham palace if it wasn't for their revealing clothes.

Behind Ignis were two girls instead of one. I recognized them from in the club. They had been sitting next to Savage, pouting over his rejection.

The scraping sound of a chair over the stone floor made me jump up and I noticed Savage had stood up. "Follow, pet."

Does he really need to call me that in every sentence? So humiliating!

But I followed quickly any way. Following him seemed much more pleasant than staying behind with these unknown people and I don't think he would take it lightly if I disobeyed him in front of everyone.

When we came out of the dining room we turned left. Another direction than where we had come from. I again was forced to half walk/run behind him again to keep up with him.

"You need to be registered as being mine."

Being his? My heart rate increased and my cheeks flushed red from the heat crossing my body.

He suddenly stopped in his tracks and turned around towards me.

I tried to stop my running, but instead ended up colliding with his hard and broad chest.

More heat ran up and down my body and I was sure my cheeks were tomato red by now.

He didn't even move an inch. His body strong and firm when he looked down on me. Taking my jaw in his large hands, forcing me to look up at him.
A growling sound vibrated from within his chest into mine. It made me shiver from fear of what he would do to me.

"Never... do that again, little slave."

"But I... you suddenly stopped. And you walk at an insane speed!" It was all I could bring out trying to defend my innocence, but it only fueled his anger.

"No one asked you anything, so stop talking."

So many emotions raged through my body. Anger, confusion, fear, but most of all I felt small and desperate. Every last piece of hope slowly leaving my brain. What did I ever do to deserve this? How did I even end up here?

Pain crossed my heart like it had been stabbed with a dagger and a tear came down of my eye dropping on his hand.

I couldn't look at him. I didn't want to see him. All I wanted was to escape this strange place which had become a nightmare in reality and find my sister.

I can't be anyone's slave! I need to leave! But how?

"Look at me." His voice sounded surprisingly calm, soothing even.
"That was an order."

His dark blue eyes looked straight into mine. An eye color I had never seen before. Unusual, but beautiful. Hypnotizing...

"If you value your short and pitiful life, you better start behaving like it. I'm the last person you want to get on it's bad side." His eyebrows knitted together, but I wasn't sure if this meant he was angry or thinking about something deeply. So far I have just seen 2 emotions from him. Irritation and enjoying others hardships. Lovely...

"You could have asked my previous pets, but unfortunately for you none of them lived to tell the story."

I swallowed with much difficulty. Suddenly my mouth and throat felt dry like a desert, but tears kept following down my cheeks like a river.
