"Keep your conscious mind busy with expectations of the best" _Joseph Murphy.
Joseph Murphy shared with us three best lessons to help us tap into the unconscious part of our minds:
1. "Take time with tough decisions". Never take decisions when you feeling unsure of something or emotional. Instead sleep on it, get a good rest and decide when you feeling okay. Your subconscious can process information quicker and in different ways than your conscious self. Therefore, letting it do its thing while you sleep can lead to clearer thoughts and a more confident opinion the next day.
2. "Visualizing", picturing yourself achieving a certain goal or outcome. You can use your imagination to suggest ideas to your subconscious to get what you want. If repeated often enough, your mind will then steer your behavior more towards making those ideas a reality, unbeknownst to you.
3. "Wishing others well", You can steer your subconscious in the right way and this means it can also get in your way, so be mindful of your attitude towards others. Wish others well, for envy will only prevent you from getting what you want. If you secretly despise others for having something you want, you'll make it less likely for yourself to attain that thing.
