What A Day

Kitty was sleeping when all the sudden she was awoken by her roommate Jane. "KITTY GET UP AND GET DRESSED OR YOU'LL BE LATE FOR YOUR PLANE!" Jane screamed at the top of her lung while smashing two pots together. "AHHHHH JANE WHAT THE HELL!" Kitty yelled shooting straight up out of bed looking at her roommate. Jane simply shrugged her shoulders. "well you don't want to be late do you?" She asked smirking. Kitty sighed getting out of bed before taking a good long look at her best friend and roommate for the last time for a while. She took in her long natural copper red hair, pale white skin that was peppered with freckles, and lastly her emerald green eyes. "I'm going to get breakfast going ok, you start getting ready." Jane said as she turned and walked out the door. Kitty sighed going to her outfit she had prepared the night before, and taking it to the bathroom before turning on the shower. After making sure that the water was nice and hot. She undressed and entered the shower letting the hot water wash her stress away. After washing her hair and body she turned off the water and dried off. As she started to get dressed she heard her friend yell. "Breakfast is ready!" Kitty simply chuckled and continued putting on her outfit which contained a sleeping with sirens tee, black ripped skinny jeans, and her worn black and red converse. "Coming Jane!" She yelled back running downstairs towards the smell of bacon and pancakes. After eating Jane helped her pack her bags in the back of Jane's car. "I'm going to miss you kitcat." Jane said sadly as she hugged kitty outside of the house that they had both occupied. "Don't worry Jane you still have to deal with me for the next two hours until we get to the airport, but even then you can always call me love." Kitty reassured her friend as they pulled out of the hug and getting into the passengers seat. "Yeah but I don't want you to go." Jane whined getting into the driver's seat and starting the car. As she drove they were blasting music. When they had reached the airport Kitty started tearing up and looked at her friend. "Jane I will miss you so much." She said with her voice breaking Jane looked over and hugged her friend, but after awhile they let go and got Kitty's bags out of the back. "This isn't goodbye it's a see ya later ok Kitty." Jane said smiling at Kitty who was crying. "Ok I'll see you later Jane." She said smiling a sad smile. "I'll see you later kitcat." Jane said watching Kitty turn around and going into the airport. Once she had gone through the airport security she headed to her terminal and hearing her plane was about to take off. Then she showed the airplane attendant her ticket and sat down in her seat. 'What a day' she thought as she put her headphones in playing her music slowly drifting to sleep.
