Summary: Jimin has been working as cupid for more than hundreds of years now and he is always as happy as ever when two people's eyes meet to fall in love...but...with all that happiness around him. All that love he's been spreading around for as long as he remembered. He's starting to feel a bit insecure about himself. Will he ever be able to feel that happiness too? Jimin was a bit tired up there. Always watching over humans and making them happy to the best of his capacity. Being cupid always brought him a lot of joy in the past. Seeing people fall in love and be happy from his very own doings always satisfied him so much that he never once thought about doing anything else with his life.
Lately though, the pink haired pure boy had been tired, very tired. He never once in his life needed to sleep before just about a couple of months ago . It seems that working day annd night for more than centuries on making people feel loved did end up tiring him a bit. It's not that he was sick of the job. no. seeing people's face blush every time he used his magic on them still had the very same healing effect it always had on him. It's just that lately it wasn't really enough for him. He finally decided it might be time to take a small break when a certain pang of jealousy suddenly hit him after seeing a particularly happy couple kissing on the street one day. He wondered at first if it was really a good idea to let people on their own for a while...but then he realised that it wouldn't be that big of a deal considering what his "job" was.
So that's how Jimin decided to take a small vacation to earth to relax for a while. He normally is completely invisible to humans but when he finally landed on the ground, he decided that it was useless to hide himself if nobody even knew he existed. And so he made himself visible and hid his wings away. At first he didn't really know what to do. This was all so foreign to him. He was so used to watching this world from the sky that it took a while for him to actually realize that he was now a part of it. He walked slowly through the streets, looking around himself in fascination. He never realized how beautiful the earth was before, often solely focusing on its population. While still looking around, he accidentally bumped into someone and fell back onto his butt. He looked up to see a tall man that he remembered matching with a beautiful lady years from now already. He always remembered the face of every person he had matched perfectly. He hurried back to his feet and stuttered out every kind of apology words he knew.
- oh my God! I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going. I really sincerely apologize!
He almost had tears springing to his eyes at the thought of maybe having hurt someone.
The man in front of him looked at him like he was confused as to why he was reacting this way before speaking.

The man then proceeded to smile before taping on Jimin's shoulder to reassure him and then walking away as if nothing happened.
It took a while for Jimin to unfreeze from his spot but when he did a smile took over his angelic face. Humans are so understanding...he told himself.
He continued to walk around and observe things until it was late night and the streets were empty. He felt tired for some reason. Maybe living as a human came with these kinds of things. He didn't really know where he could rest since it's not like he had money or anything of the sort so he continued walking for a while until he came across a small park with benches and picnic tables. He looked at one of the benches for a bit before deeming it convenient to rest on for the night. He laid himself on it and was surprised at how comfortable it actually was, and since he wasn't really human, the cold didn't affect him one bit and he fell into a light slumber in just minutes.
When he woke up the next morning, the sky was still a bit dark but the sun was starting to rise slowly. He was rested well enough already so he decided to get up and go for a small walk around the beautiful park. He took off his shoes, wanting to feel the ground on his feet. As he walked through the alley of trees that were around the small walking trail, he heard a small sound coming from one of the trees in front of him. A small gasp followed by a smile left his mouth as he saw a small black bunny with deep brown doe eyes just in front of the said tree. The bunny seemed just as surprised as him of what he was seeing. So surprised, that he dropped his little basket tha was full of colorful eggs. The bunny looked at jimin with terrified eyes and was about to make a run for his life when Jimin stopped him.
- Wait!
Jimin had said when, as he saw the bunny getting scared, he also was more and more able to see the white sparkly magical halo all around him.
The bunny stopped and looked at him while scrunching his nose cutely. His eyes taking Jimin in slowly.
- What are you? I've never seen you before...I know you're magical. I can see it.
The bunny's eyes widened in shock and his small tail wiggled excitedly. He seemed to pace around for a while, as if he was trying to decide what to do before looking at Jimin again. He could also now see a white halo around Jimin which meant that he too wasn't human...after another minute of pacing in front of Jimin's curious eyes, the bunny finally stopped and came forward towards the boy. He tapped his paw on his leg a couple of times and then turned around and started walking in a certain direction. Jimin understood quickly that he wanted him to follow him. So he did. He followed the small tuff of black fur as he seemed to be leading him to a more closed area. When he finally stopped, they were circled by trees and Jimin wasn't really sure where exactly they were anymore, but he didn't feel scared since he could easily just pull his wings out and fly up to know that fact. The bunny turned back towards him and seemed to sneeze before the halo around him started to glow so strongly it was almost blinding to look at. Jimin closed his eyes tightly until he could feel that whatever was going on was done. He reopened his eyes slowly only to jump back in shock as he saw a man kneeling on the floor with only a pair of pants and no shirt. His eyes trailed up to the man's face and his breath caught in his throat at his beauty. The man had long bunny ears falling down on the sides of his face.
- my name is Jeon Jungkook, he said, I'm the Easter bunny. I come here every year to dispose these eggs everywhere for the children to find.
Jimin's shocked face soon turned into a blinding crescent eyed smile that had Jungkook's heart fluttering. Jimin guessed that if the boy had revealed himself completely to him he could at least do the same thing, so he let his wings come out and his angelic features shine through. Now it was Jungkook's breath that was taken away. He didn't know the man before him or where he came from, but the only word he could find to describe him at the moment was beautiful.
-I'm Park Jimin. Also known as cupid...My job is to spread love through this world.
Jungkook seemed surprised at that. He had only heard about cupid before and didn't even know he truly existed. But seeing the pure beauty of the man in front of him, he had no problem in believing him. The man had bubblegum pink hair. It was so long it went down to his butt and seeing that had Jungkook's eyes widening. He had pretty hazelnut eyes with a certain shine to them that he couldn't describe. His lips, plump and tinted a beautiful red. The boy's whole was just so...enticing.
- I have to say, Park Jimin, that I've never seen anyone holding such beauty before...
Jungkook's honesty had Jimin's cheeks turning crimson and a shy giggle escape his lips.

- So uhm...do you live on earth?
Jimin asked, trying to cut the raising tension between them and start a conversation.

- no. I don't really have a specific place where I live. I travel a lot and I don't normally get tired at all. In fact, I just recently started to feel the need to rest. I just stay in the sky and fly as I wish.
Jimin explained and smiled at Jungkook's cute expression.
- Wow! That's really amazing! But then how come you're here now?
The simple question had Jimin's cheeks burning in embarrassment.
- I...I think I just needed a small break from work to concentrate on myself for a while. You know, seeing people fall in love everyday is lovely, but after a while it gets a bit lonely up there...
Jungkook understood what Jimin meant immediately. It must really be hard. It was also his first time talking with someone he could actually be completely honest with. He normally walked around the streets as any human would do and lived into an apartment and tried to make himself as invisible as possible to everyone...but the feeling of finally having someone to share his thoughts with was really awesome.
- Do you have anywhere to stay while you're here?
The bunny continued questioning.
- well I don't really have a place to stay at but I'm okay with using the benches here right now...
The bunny gasped and looked at him with shocked eyes.

Jungkook hurried to reassure Jimin immediately.

And so Jimin went on with his day. Like yesterday, he walked around to discover things. He even got to pet a stray kitten on the street. When he decided he had done enough for the day around 5PM, his legs felt numb from all the walking. It was the first time he ever used his legs as much as he just did. It was going to be quite a long walk again to go back to the park again to find Jungkook so he just decided to fly there instead, easier and quicker. When he landed, he was sad to see that Jungkook was not there. He let a pout take over his lips as he waited to see if the boy would come. Just a minute later did he hear the bush at his side rustle before a small tuff of black fur jumped out from it. A small gasp left his lips followed by a giggle when the bunny stumbled. Jungkook turned into his human form and got up. Jimin only now realizing how much taller the other boy was. And his eyes again, trailed down the boy's defined naked chest. When he looked back up his eyes found Jungkook's and he knew he had been caught. His cheeks turned red and he looked down in embarrassment. Jungkook looked at the shy beauty with curiosity and a small happiness after catching the boy's eyes on him.

He asked.

Before the boy had time to completely calm his embarrassment, Jungkook's hand was claiming his. They walked in a comfortable silence until they made it in front of a tall building.
- You live in there?
Jimin asked with huge round eyes.
He heard Jungkook chuckle and looked at him to see him nodding.
They walked into the building and Jimin looked at him surprised.
- wow! I've never been into a place like this!
He let out an excited giggle and his eyes turned into little crescents.
Jungkook's heart flipped at the cute sight. The boy just looked so innocent and precious. His long pink hair falling in beautiful waves on his back, making Jungkook want to run his fingers through them just to see if it was as soft as it looked.
They made their way to the elevator and Jimin let out a small scream of fear when it started moving up.

- It's normal...this is an elevator, it brings us to the higher floors.

- I'm magic too and I have to eat...

Jimin let the nickname slip on accident but didn't regret it when the boy infront of him blushed.
- I'm not jealous...I like food way too much for that!
Jungkook's nose twitched happily as he thought about cooking something delicious for the small angelic boy.
- If it's that good then I don't mind eating with you...
Jimin answered and shrugged his shoulders.
And so Jungkook lead the boy to his kitchen where he started to cook while Jimin sat down on a small bar stool behind the counter, letting his eyes take in the indescribable sight in front of him.
- why do you not wear a shirt?
Jimin thought about the question for a while before actually asking. It's not like he was complaining anyway.
- does it make you uncomfortable? I can wear one if you want...
Jungkook asked as he was cutting carrots like a pro chef.
- n-no that's not what I mean! I was just wondering that's all.
He hurried to explain with pink cheeks that Jungkook could thankfully not see since he was facing the other side.
- Well it's just that since I live mostly in my animal form during the day I don't really see any use to wearing one...
He answered and turned around tou look at the pink haired boy after dropping the carrots into the delicious smelling stew.

The sentence had already left Jimin's lips before he actually processed it and this time an actual smirk took over the bunny's lips.

Jimin let out a small embarrassed squeal and hid his face in long strands of his hair. Jungkook just laughed at his cuteness before turning back to his previous activities.
40 minutes later, the two boys were eating peacefully the delicious meal Jungkook had cooked for them.

Jungkook thanked him and smiled softly at the boy.
When they were done eating, Jungkook brought Jimin to the living room where they sat down on the couch.
- what do we do now?
Jimin asked curiously.
-Do you want to watch a movie? Or maybe get to know each other...
Jimin nodded at the second option and Jungkook smiled.
- how about we ask questions to each other?
The bunny proposed excitedly.

Jungkook took a while to think about his question before looking at the boy again.
- do you create every couple on earth? Or are people able to fall in love without your magic?
- well, people can fall in love by themselves, but when I use my magic, they're sure to love each other for the eternity. So no I don't create all of them, but the ones I create are usually forever.
Jungkook hummed in understanding and leaned his head on the couch, his sweet eyes never once leaving Jimin's face.

Jimin thought carefully before asking his own question.
- Have you already fallen in love Jungkookie?
The nickname had the bunny smiling and the hopeful look on Jimin's angelic face even more.
