Tina lowered herself from the window, what just happened?! Daniek, her best friend for as long as she could recall, became the one thing she wanted to be, it didn't make any sense! "...h-how.." she mumbled, sitting against the wall. "..Daniek..." she growled quietly, wiping her tears away, Tina then stood, her anger blazing in her veins like fire, a hot, seering pain. Tina then fell her knees. The girl started to sob, her hands digging into the dirt below, she felt the anger and frustration in her body consume her soul, it wasn't a good feeling at all, she wanted to cry out, but kept quiet, even in this state, she didn't want anybody knowing her pain, it would only cause more pain and confusion than she needed. "...what do I do now.." Tina sat up, continuing to look at the ground, her tears making the dirt below appear darker. Something appeared out of the corner of Tina's eye, she turned to face it, it was a purple light, it seemed to give off some black mist looking stuff, "what?..." she stared at it, standing, slowly approaching It. Tina lifted her hand to touch it, but it zipped back, beckoning her to follow it "strange.." Tina mumbled to herself, and began to follow it into the deep thicket of the forest. A hour or so later, Tina panted, the light hovering there, as if it was frozen. "What the.." she extended her hand to it, it settled in her palm, the light died down, revealing a purple gem necklace. "Odd?.." Tina whispered, staring at the gemstone in wonder. "Beautiful, isn't it?" A voice startled Tina, she turned around, trying to find the source. "It's unlike anything I've personally seen anyways" the voice said yet again, Tina kept trying to find where it came from, her panic rose. "No need to fret dear." A woman, dressed in white, stepped from the shadows, how did Tina miss her? "I'm here to help you." The woman whispered, approaching the panic-stricken girl. "S-stay back!" Tina yelled, pointing the gem at the woman. "Or what? You don't know how to use it" the woman cackled, forcefully lowering Tina's hand. For Tina, the woman's hand was cold, she couldn't see her face, because of the veil the woman wore, "w-who are you" Tina asked, the woman smiled at the girl. "Like you, believed to be one thing, next thing I knew, it was ripped from me.." the woman backed away from tina, walking to a tree. "What did you do?" Tina was suddenly interested, the woman raised an eyebrow "why, curious?" Tina nodded slightly "I became what I never thought I was going to be, the villain" the woman's veil lifted a bit when she swiftly turned to face Tina, for a moment, Tina thought the woman had searing red eyes, that boiled in evil. "W-w-" Tina stammered, backing up. The woman placed a finger on the girl's lips "hush now, we don't want anybody to hear you, now that you've found the source of all evil" the woman chuckled, removing her finger from the girl's lips, which quaked in fear. "Let me lead you to the path you need to take, Tinitha" the woman smiled at the girl again, Tina's eyes widened. "H-how did you-" "know your name? It wasn't hard" the woman interrupted the girl. "Anyways, you want your destiny back?" The woman held her hand out, Tina stepped back "I-I-". The woman frowned "you have until midnight, make your decision, Thumbwell." The woman in white then vanished, as leaves blew in front of Tina's face. She had the gem still, she tucked it into her pocket, and went back to the academy.
