Broken Heart

(Timeskip)

          After the whole thing with Bulma, I didn't know what to do anymore. It was really awkward whenever I was around her. Luckily enough I didn't have to deal with it since she had caught eyes with someone else or whatever. While we were in the desert we met this guy named Yamcha who fought us for our stuff. I guess Bulma thought Yamcha was hot and decided to get with him. It's not like I care... anyway, after that we went on some adventures. 

          We met Chi-Chi, a girl who was the daughter of the Ox-King, and we saved her castle from a fire. Master Roshi destroyed it after firing a Kamehameha wave, which I and Goki copied. After we went with Master Roshi back to his Island and went to go find a girl so we could train with him. We met this really nice girl with blue hair and brought her back to the island with us. It turns out when she sneezes she has a different personality and she began attacking us. When I say "us" I mostly mean Master Roshi since she was nice to me and Goki. 

          This guy named Pilaf had come after us, but I don't remember what happened much after he had captured us. Bulma and the others told us that he had put us in a chamber and the cell somehow opened and we were able to escape. Before Pilaf could make his wish though, Oolong screamed for panties. Oh yeah, we met oolong earlier he was some shape-shifting warrior that was scaring a village. Bulma made him eat a piece of candy that made it so he couldn't run away from us. 

          Then the red ribbon army came after us for the dragon balls... that was a whole thing. The Generals were based on colors and we defeated each one. The most memorable one was General White. He had this whole tower thing and we had to defeat a warrior from each floor. We met Eighter, an android created by the army. He was considered defective because he didn't want to fight, so he joined us and started living in the village with Suno. They sent a mercenary after we named Tao and after we climbed the tower and trained with Korin we blew him up.   

          We defeated the last general of the army and went after the last dragon ball since we needed to revive Bora, a Native living near Korin's tower who Tao had killed. We went to Fortune Teller Baba and fought in a tournament against her. Goki and I met Grandpa Gohan again and got the final dragon ball to wish back Bora. Then we all went off to train for 3 years and today is the day that we all meet at Papaya Island for the new World Tournament. 

          (3RD POV)

          "Shoot Goki we are going to be late!" (Y/N) said as they started to swim faster to try and make it to Papaya on time. As they were swimming there was a huge ship and they waved to them as they swam past their eyes bulging out of their heads. 

          We see a plane about to land on Papaya Island with the whole gang inside besides (Y/N) and Goki. As they were closing in on Papaya they all started talking amongst each other. They all stopped talking when they realized one of the most talkative people there wasn't talking. They looked over to Bulma to see her zoning out. 

          "Hey, Bulma what's wrong?" Yamcha asked her as he grabbed a hold of her hand. Bulma looks up before shaking her head, seemingly getting rid of her thoughts. 

          "Oh nothing I'm just excited to see (Y/N) and Goki again." Everyone agreed with her as they landed with Yamcha giving her a side glance as they walked off the plane. Yamcha would never like to admit it, but he always suspected that Bulma liked (Y/N) more than just a friend. He decided to ignore it for now and continued walking towards the entrance of the airport. They found a Taxi and all piled in before driving off. 

          Goki and (Y/N) finally made it to Papaya Island and decided to have a quick break before heading to the tournament. They climbed a tree and had some coconut before they were attacked by some tigers. They started running towards the World Tournament now with fresh new tiger garbs. 

          The main group is now having a stand-off with some new compatriots. They have a crane bird on their outfits and have a color scheme of green, yellow, and black. It seems that Master Roshi and the other old fellow may have some history. After the two old people slew insults at each other they walked off leaving everyone to again wonder if (Y/N) and Goki were gonna make it. 

          As Launch was leaning against the wall she noticed a dust cloud coming towards them. "Oh hey look there they come."

          Everyone looks up in anticipation, one a little too excitedly, and notices Goki running towards them. "Hello everybody! It looks like I made it." Goki smiles at everyone and signs up for the tournament. Bulma walks up to Goki looking a little downtrodden.

          "Hey, Goki do you know where (Y/N) is?" Goki looks up at Bulma before telling her that she doesn't know, that he ran off, and said that he'll still make it in time. Bulma nods her head before going back with the others. Finally, a second dust cloud is seen coming at them with (Y/N) carrying a bunch of food. 

          Without even saying hello to anyone he rushes by and signs himself up for the tournament. He then runs back out of breath before looking up at everyone. "Wheew guys looks like I made it. They had a sale on Fried Chicken and I just had to get it." Everyone laughed besides Bulma and Launch who were blushing when they saw (Y/N)'s face. In just a few years his face had matured. He was also taller, around the same height as Bulma is. 

          After everyone says hello he walks up to Bulma and they have an awkward stand-off. Everyone notices and begins to walk towards the hotel leaving the two behind. "Soo Bulma how've the past 3 years been?" Bulma looks down at him before contemplating whether or not she should even talk to him. 

          "Don't talk to me all normal like that," Bulma said tears springing into her eyes, "Ever since I and Yamcha have gotten together you became distant and haven't talked to me at all. I missed you and all you did was ignore me." (Y/N) looks away before he looks up at Bulma before hanging his head in shame. 

          "I know me saying sorry isn't going to cut it but I'm sorry," (Y/N) said as he walked away. Bulma then asked the one question (Y/N) didn't want to answer. 

          "Why? Why did you ignore me." This time it was (Y/N)'s turn to have tears leak from his eyes, as he screams at her. 

          "You know why! You know why and yet you still did it anyway. You still hurt me after I know you felt the same way. Was it my height? Was it my face? So many things I ask myself because apparently, I wasn't good enough." (Y/N) has full-blown tears rolling down his face as Bulma stares at him. She reaches her hand out but (Y/N) grabs her hand and puts it away from himself.  

          "No don't try it now.. I can't even look at you anymore." (Y/N) walks off while Bulma goes down onto her knees and cries, her makeup running down her face. But she doesn't care, for all the makeup in the world couldn't fix her heart.
