House Issues

"... Slytherin!!" The hat yelled, the whole Slytherin table once again bursted in to cheers, I have mixed emotions about my house I on one hand loved being in the Gryffindor house and having all my friends there but, on the other hand I did after I was a Slytherin feel like that is where I truely belonged and that was my true house.

"Go join your house dear" McGonagall said and I then got up off the stool and started to walk to the cheering table, I gave a quick look over to the Gryffindor table and all my friends looked at me upset that I didn't make it into their house, especially Ginny she was really looking forward to having me at Hogwarts with her.

One this is for sure, this time around everything will be different it all ready is.

As I was walking to the Slytherin table Mattheo pushed the kid off the seat next to him and he waved me over, I walked over and took the now free seat.

"I had a strong feeling you would be Slytherin" Mattheo said as I sat down, I just smiled and caught a glance of Draco's face he had a large evil looking grin and I don't even know why.

"Everyone this is y/n Reyes" Tom introduced me, "that's her, ha Draco really" Pansy snorted, "yeah mate I don't know what you where talking about" Blaise laughed, "shut up" Draco ordered with anger in his tone, "sorry but, what are you all talking about?" I asked, "nothing" Draco growled, "Anyways so how do you know everyone already?" I asked the Riddle's.

"Where how you say, Draco's old friends" Tom answered, "Draco has told us about everyone and he with them so we all are mutuals now" Mattheo added, "oh" I mumbled, "don't worry gorgeous, where your friends too" Mattheo said, "yeah, I don't know about these twats but, you have us" Tom added, "thanks boys" I said.

The whole time the Riddle's where talking to me I could see out of the corner of my eye Draco had a look on his face, it was a look that could kill if it really wanted to, and I have see this look first hand, it is the same look he had when he when and beat the living hell out of the Riddle's and I don't want that to happen again so, I need to keep a close eye on those two boys.

So many things I need to make sure happen and don't happen I knew going into this that it wouldn't be easy I am just hoping that it is all worth it.

"Let the feast begin" Dumbledore announced and I noticed Dumbledore was looking directly at me and he gave me a subtle wink, I looked away and began to eat.

"I feel sorry for you Reyes I really do" Pansy started placing her fork in her food, "why?" I asked, "because have you heard?" She continued, "heard what?" I asked, "there is only one room left and now there is three people that need a room" she answered, "and with three people and one room you will all have to share" Blaise added, "what isn't that like illegal?" I asked sounding stressed.

"Don't worry love, were good roommates" Tom laughed placing his fork in his mouth, Draco of all people look more upset about the situation then I do, "guys I'll be right back" I said and stood up, "where you going?" Mattheo asked, "why do you care Mattheo just let the girl do what she wants" Pansy argued I then walked away from the table and over to the Gryffindor table.

I walked over to the trio and Ginny and sat beside Ginny in the empty set, "hey guys" I said sitting down, "hi y/n" Ginny said excited to see me, "why all the long faces?" I asked seeing everyone else looking upset, "we really where hoping you here going to be Gryffindor" Harry answered, "sorry, but I didn't have a choice" I told them.

"But you do have a choice you see" Harry started, "what are you talking about?" I asked, "when I was sorted I had a choice and I made the right one, I guess I am just upset that you didn't" he explained sound angry at me for being Slytherin.
