Celeste
Yesterday was the worst day ever. I only have Willow in one class. It's better than none. I have Colin in two of my classes and in each he tried talking to me. I ignored him. I'll stop giving him the silent treatment once I feel like it. Dean is in three classes of mine.

Today is Saturday and I have nothing to do. I'm just sitting on my bed reading Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover.

When I was so close to crying my brother had to interrupt me.

"Foods ready so close the book."

Grey is my older brother. He graduated high school last year but he's taking a gap year.

He and I have a normal brother and sister relationship. He threatens me with a knife and I chase him around with a knife. The normal.

I make my way downstairs and sit by my mom.

"As I was saying we'll have the LaDeux's joining us tomorrow for dinner." my dad states.

"Are you excited to see Dean Dearest, Cel? I mean you practically make out with him in your head" Grey smirks.

"Oh shut up."

"Awe she's turning crimson. Mom take a photo hurry."

I shoot him a middle finger.

"Celeste this type of action is unacceptable. I will expect better tomorrow evening." my dad glares at me.

Let me just say that my father and I do not get along. I've never been a daddy's girl. He was always cold towards me. All the attention was for Grey. I could care less but it would be great if he would pay attention to me one in a while.

I mean I did inherit my brown eyes from him. Grey and I look exactly the same. I'm just a girl version of him. I have black hair like my mom. My mom is very beautiful. She's practically my best friend. I trust her with my whole entire life.

When I'm done with dinner I excuse myself and go back into my room. I sit to play my piano. I've played piano ever since I was six years old. Then I started writing my own songs when I was eight years old.

"ooooo" I begin to sing.

"Once upon a time, not so long ago
I saw you with your hair pushed back and blue eyes like the starry night
Lord my breath was take a-way..."

I stop playing the piano to write down what I had just sung.

I've been working on this piece for a few weeks now. It's about Colin and how I felt when we first met.

*Flashback*

I'm at the library to check out some books. I didn't see who was in front of me when I was already starting to read my book. When I was muttering sorry I still hadn't noticed who exactly I bumped into.

"It's alright just keep your head up next time." he chuckles.

I couldn't but be in awe at the sight in front of me. He had beautiful blue eyes. Brown hair. A dimple on his left cheek.

Wow.

" Yeah uh sorry again. I- uh should go now..." I stutter out.

Before I could go he held me on my wrist.

"Actually would you like to accompany me to get some coffee. I promise I'm not going to kill you." he chuckles at his own joke.

"Yeah let's go after I check out these books."

He nods and we go to the cafe.

*End of Flashback*

Those were the best days when Colin and I actually made it believe we were in love. Now we're just hanging on by the thread.

It's like we were steering at the right direction but the road decided to cause destruction.
