After the feast Agatha and the other Gryffindor's went to their dorms. Agatha was sharing with Beatrix (which was more than slightly irritating), and Flavia, another girl who had been sorted when Agatha hadn't been paying attention.

Beatrix and Flavia fell asleep quickly but Agatha was wide awake. She couldn't shake the memory of Sophie, her own sister, being dragged away to the Slytherin table. A tear streaked down her face and Agatha smudged it on her cheek. Mother would be so disappointed in me. She thought. Agatha could've said something earlier. But she didn't. Because for some reason that she couldn't explain, it didn't feel wrong that Sophie was in Slytherin.

Tedros's P.O.V

Tedros slumped on his bed. He was tired but he couldn't sleep. He remembered Agatha's horrified face as she watched her sister taken away. But she didn't say anything to stop it. Girls are so confusing. Thought Tedros.

Chaddick came through the door. "Hey bro" he said sitting on his bed which was next to Tedros's.

"Hey" said Tedros, sitting up.

"What are you thinking about?" he asked.

"Just well you know...that poor girl dragged off to Slytherin".

"Oh" said Chaddick "Well we have class with the Slytherins tomorrow, you might be able to see her then?"

"Wait how do you know who's in our class?" asked Tedros.

"It's on the back of the time table".

Tedros turned his over. He skimmed the names looking for one in particular. (A/N: Sorry when I did the sorting I didn't realised how many Ever/Never names I'd missed out, so I'm just going to add them into the story and I'll let you guys decide which house they should be in <3).

Hester

Anadil

Mona

Chaddick

Tedros

Sophie

Beatrix

Agatha

Vex

Nicholas

Arachne

Tedros almost yelped in excitement. Agatha was in his class! But then again...so was Sophie. He didn't know how that would turn out. Thinking of classes had taken his mind of the disastrous sorting, and he slowly drifted off to sleep.

Sophie's P.O.V

Sophie was mad. Her anger boiled in side her, mixed with hurt and jealousy and these were not a good combination of emotions. These were a few reasons she was so livid.

1) She was sorted into Slytherin even though she was supposed to be in Gryffindor.

2) Because she was in Slytherin she was now sat in a dungeon in the middle of the night, sharing a room with two people who she was pretty sure would grow up to murderers.

3) Her own sister didn't stop any of this from happening

4) Her bedroom smelled like damp.

5) Agatha was in the same house as her future husband

And the worst reason of all:

6) SHE HAD NO ACCESS TO MAKEUP AND/OR MIRROR!

"Stop crying you little wimp" shouted Hester from across the room.

"Yeah" said Anadil "stop whimpering and just accept the fact that you're a Slytherin. You're acting like its a bad thing that you were sorted into the best house."

Sophie looked them both dead in the eye. "You talk to me like that one more time and I'll bash both your heads into the wall!" exclaimed Sophie.

"The sorting hat never lies." said Anadil shaking her head at Sophie. Sophie frowned, she couldn't be bothered to argue with these demons.

"You're wrong about me" said Sophie "When the headmaster, Merlin may I add, the greatest kindest wizard there is, realises I'm in the wrong house, you will be eating your words." With that she rolled over before hearing Hester say "We'll see".

The next morning Sophie woke up early and decided to get ready for breakfast so that Tedros could see she was a true warrior for surviving the Slytherin dungeons.

However when she arrived in the Great Hall, a full speech on her fearlessness revised for him, he was already in a conversation with someone else. That someone being Agatha. Sophie thought she was going to scream, but then decided to hold it back and roll with the situation.

"Aggie!" Sophie said running up to the Gryffindor table and smothering her very shocked sister in a hug.

"How are you?" asked Agatha.

"Well Aggie, it was very challenging. The Slytherins are really nasty and I thought they were going to beat me up" fabricated Sophie "But I survived like the brave Gryffindor that I am." she smiled sweetly. Then she picked up Agatha's toast took a bite, and sat down between Tedros and Agatha.

"I'm glad you're ok" said Tedros looking at Sophie, with his blue crystal eyes. Sophie got lost in his gaze.

"Well" said Agatha "I'm going to get my books" she was trying to give Sophie and Tedros some alone time.

"Me to" added Tedros. Agatha groaned quietly. That plan had failed quicker than it started.

Agatha climbed the marble stair case, Tedros not far behind her and Sophie not far behind him. "Sophie this isn't the way to the dungeons" said Tedros.

"Oh right of course not" said Sophie embarrassed "I was just um getting to know the journey for when I finally get put in the right house." She quickly scurried down the stair case cussing herself under her breath. "Probably thinks I'm some kind of creepy stalker" whispered Sophie irritated with herself. She was so busy thinking of her embarrassment that she didn't notice she ran into someone. "Woah" they said, catching Sophie before she fell. "Sorry" she muttered. She looked up to see a first year student in Hufflepuff robes. She remembered him from the sorting. He had a weasely face, with black, very badly styled hair. Hunter? Harry? Horace? She couldn't remember his name.

"I'm Hort" he said. Hort. That was it Sophie thought.

"Sophie" she said in response "I don't mean to be rude but I'm in a hurry" Sophie hurried away not wanting to spend any unnecessary time with that boy.

"Ok" shouted Hort "SEE YOU AROUND!" He added even louder.

Not if I can help it. Sophie thought.

She went down to the dungeons to retrieve her things, before heading off to her first class.

A/N: I would just like to make a quick shout out to @RoseRainbowHeart, tysm for all the support <3
