"Nick Miller, do you take Natasha Parker to be your wedded wife, to live together in marriage?"

Love is an interesting concept.

"Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to her, for as long as you both shall live?"

It can either destroy you or put you together.

"I do."

Sometimes love is tainted. Sometimes love is simple. Sometimes love is pure.

"Natasha Parker, do you take Nick Miller to be your wedded husband, to live together in marriage?"

And sometimes love is infuriatingly toxic, almost addictive, bringing out a different side of you, you never even knew you had.

"Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to him, for as long as you both shall live?"

That's the problem; when love is presented to us in the form of each other, we run away fearing what we might bring out in each other: a dark side, a good side, weakness, and strength and most of all heartbreak.

"I do."

But we check all that apply because our love is tainted, toxic, and nothing but pure hatred for each other.

Because this is ruthless love.
