Morning was never your thing. You don't know but you just hate morning with a burning passion. Slowly rubbing your eyes and yawning while stretching your hands. You dragged your feets out of the bed to the bathroom. Getting ready for another shity day at school.
After freshing up you lazily put on a sweatshirt and khaki pants. Not minding how you look or what you are wearing. You tied your hairs up in a messy bun and put on some lip balm which according to you was same as putting on some light make up.
You went down stairs and found your mom cooking breakfast . It was classic breakfast for you. Three or four toasted bread with two sunny side up eggs and a glass of mango juice.
" Good morning beautiful. " before taking your breakfast you kissed your mom and greeted her. You looked at your watch and realised you were late. Again.
No matter how early you wake up you always end up late. It's like the universe doesn't want you to be on time at anything. You munched on your food like there was no tomorrow while your mother keep scolding you for eating like a hungry animal. But it was too late for you to paid any mind to her.
After finishing you dashed out of your home and went towards the bus stop. Luckily you got the bus. You got on the bus and took an empty seat. You took our your earphones and plugged them in. Seating in the empty seat and blasting the song on full volume in you ears.
After a few minutes of ride you reached your school. You check the time in your watch and it was still five minutes till your class starts. You ran a marathon towards your class but it was of no avail. You where late.
" Miss Aera. What a pleasant surprise. Trying to sneek into class again. I'm giving you one last warning either be on time or don't bother coming into the class. Now go back to your seat. "
And there it goes. The havens was never on your side. You dragged your feets towards your seat and sat down. Clearly forgetting one big thing which made you blush like an tomato yesterday.
You plop yourself down in your seat and opened your book not minding what chapter or which page number was it. You put the book in front of you in a standing way so the teacher won't see you.
" The chapter is 5 and the page number 76 , you are on a wrong ch ae" Came a deep yet something like honey voice.
You looked at your side and got surprised. Clearly not used to his presence yet. Slapping yourself mentally you turn the pages and got in the right chapter .
" thank you for saving my ass " you slightly bowed to him. God if the teacher found out that you were in a wrong chapter we would seriously made you clean the whole school.
" As a repay you must hang out with me in lunch. How about that " He asked you while raising his eyebrows.
Oh the stars are still with you. " Ok, but you have to buy lunch. I'm broke " you said with a frown.
He just giggled your answer and nodded his head. Those dimples of his will be the death of yours and you are sure of that.
The time went by fast. It was like you blinked an it's already lunch break. Meaning you have got time to spent with him.
You were packing your things up when you heard someone clearing there throat. You looked and found him raising his eyes brows at you. You just shrugged your shoulder and kept on doing your work.
After buying lunch for each other you both left for the rooftop. It's wasn't a sunny day. The cloud were in a much darker shades giving off the sign of rain.
And you loved the fact that it was going to rain soon. Just as you were about to open the door to rooftop it started raining. And you were more than happy.
You kept on admiring the view but suddenly felt a hand grabbing your wrist. You looked beside you and to your shock it was his hand on your wrist making your mind go malfunction.
He dragged you near a wall where it was enough space for both of and the rain couldn't drench you guys even.
He made you sit down on one of the bench and sat beside you. You were busy opening your lunch when you felt something in your eat that's when you realise he was sharing one if his earphones with you.
You just smiled and started eating your sandwich. Taking in the memorable moments you were currently in. It was just like the movies.
He took you back to the time when you were unbroken. When you as happy when you are now. And now he's all that you ever want. Your heart felt so full and so warm. And it was all thanks to this dimple guy seating beside you.
