Izuku then Widened His stance he then He Grew His Nail Before Afo Looked At him and Said "Done Yet?"

Afo Then took 1 Step When Izuku instantly appeared by his side and Izuku just stabbed his stomach and gripped Pulling out His Intestines and then Afo elbowed Izuku who Let go and Reappeared right as it happened then Afo looked shocked But Izuku backed up and Then kicked him up as Afo looked Into Izuku's eyes he Felt something he hasn't felt in a Century

She looked through all It and Gave Him a Key she then flipped open the Notecard and It said 'Authorize this'

He then went Into their and Walked straight into another door a Surgeon then Left the table as the other worked alone Izuku Opened the door and Unlocked It with a Key he then started decontaminating himself he started washing all the blood And Underwent the entire process

He then changed and then walked over to Ochako he then said "Fucking idiots." And made much smaller cuts and taking out 2 of the bullets he then pointed to another "Hey Dipshit make yourself useful and get me the Necessaries for a Emitter Quirk Surgery."

The surgeon ran to get the stuff and Izuku Immediately grabbed a Scalpel and slowly dug Into a Certain Spot and Then Took a Small tool and Popped out the Bullet the Surgeon Came Back with a Safe Type Of Blood Izuku then Made a small Incision to release the last Bullet out of her Brain this time He was Trying to Fish His way through to Make Sure that he Didn't Touch anything he then Got the the Bullet and Fished It through he then cleaned it out and closed the wounds

After awhile Ochako was on life support and Izuku was Done He then Put a Small Ring On her Finger and then But His Ring On His thumb and Walked Out Of the Room He then tapped the ring 4 times and Collapsed

Ochako was getting better all the cuts Started to heal and She Looked around her hospital room She Then Saw a Ring On Her finger Glowing yellow and had A Small screen Reading RG- Wireless
