Chapter 12: Awake

AT VERONA COMPANY, YOON CHUL'S OFFICE

Yoon Chul asked Je Ha if there is anything he would like to talk to him about but he said nothing. As he received photos of Je Ha meeting someone secretly the night after they arrived from New York. Since then he has been suspicious of the bodyguard. He then asked him to stay by his side from now on to keep an eye on him and to distance him from Ro Na. Je Ha agreed and followed his order and when he went out of the room, Je Ha immediately went to the comfort room to call someone. Yoon Chul immediately asked someone to follow him and bring him to him as soon as he found him suspicious. And there it goes, he heard the conversation.

"Ma'am, Sir removed me from Ro Na's side" he said

"Just follow his order" The woman on the other line said

"Noted Ma'am. I will report to you back in case there are any changes or problems here"

"Hmm Just do the usual. Ah yes, what about that I ordered last time?" She said as she sips wine from her glass

"I'm working on it ma'am."

"Good. I want to hear some good news soon" The woman said, And yes it is none other than Cheon Seo Jin. She planted Je Ha as a mule on Ha Yoon Chul and Ro Na. Je Ha is a person with a soul that can be bought with money. She ordered him to destroy Yoon Chul and Ro Na by all means possible. And it will start within the company.

When he was about to leave the comfort room, Yoon Chul's other security are outside waiting for him.

"Sir is waiting for you. Don't make this difficult for us." The head of the security team said to him. Most of the security team were there and the head of the security went with him inside the office.

He entered the office again, Yoon Chul sitting on his desk. "So, You're going to talk now?" he said as he threw the photos of Je Ha and the woman, which is Seo Jin, on the ground.

Je Ha was in disbelief that his cover blew up after all those years and he went down on his knees.

AT HAN RIVER

Do Hyun got out of the car.

"The weather is nice." He said as he walked towards the bench.

Ro Na also got out of the car and walked towards him. He turned around and threw a black leather otg flash drive towards her.

"Catch" he said

"What's this?" she said as she held it up

"For my wedding proposal?" Do Hyun said jokingly

"What?"

"I'm kidding, okay? That's what you asked before. Cheong Ah Music Hall's Ownership Documents"

Ro Na smiled with what she heard. "So what is it?"

"Eomonni, I mean your mom had majority of the shares for that place but suddenly it was transferred overnight after her death even without her signature. There's no previous records that she left it for the current owner and there's bad blood between them, there's no way she will leave it to her."

"Exactly! Who benefitted the most over my mom's death? It's either JK Rollings or Cheong A Foundation. They both want my mom dead. I knew it all along."

"So what are we supposed to do now?"

"Fight. I will bring them down. I will make sure they will beg for their lives. They did my mom bad. I will do whatever it takes and will remove whoever is on my way. So don't you dare stop me."
