Max and Evie season 2 chapter 7

Katie's POV:

Lucas and i were on the way to the arcade with Eve she wanted to tell Max what happened to Connor Will and her when we are at the arcade we got inside "Hey girls usual" Keith said then asked "Yeah usual" i say "And we need the back room" Eve said "Here" Keith said handing me fries then he opened the door and let us inside we waited i was playing Dig Dug for the first time the other times i just watched the boys and Eve playing Lucas stood behind me looking how high i get Eve just sat there in silence she looked like she's about to cry "Eve" i asked making her look up "Yeah" Eve asked "You okay" i ask "It's just i get these flashbacks of what happened" Eve said the door opened and Max came inside "Keep things PG in here" Keith said before closing the door i looked at Eve again waiting for her to say something "So you gonna tell me" Max asked softly "Yeah" Eve said "You should sit down for this" i said she sat down and waited "Eve" i ask making her look at me "Should i tell" i ask making her nod "So last year they didn't got lost in the woods they got lost somewhere else" i say

3rd person POV:

"And that's the last time we saw her after that she was just gone" Katie finished no one heard Evie silently crying but Katie looked at her "Eve" Katie asked walking to her sister "Yes" Evie cried out not looking at her sister "Look at me" Katie said Evie looked at her crying Katie wrapped her arms around Evie who cried into her shoulder Katie looked at Max who was looking at her then on the ground "Eve" Katie whispered causing Evie to pull away "Do you uh believe us" Evie asked "Kinda" Max said "You don't believe we have powers right" Evie asked "Yeah" Max said "Do you want me to show you something" Evie asked "Yeah" Max said making Evie exhale "Can i use you" Evie asked Lucas "Sure but don't hurt me" Lucas said he stood up and Evie looked at him making him flying with her mind (like El with Mike) "Wow" Max said Evie put Lucas back down and wiped her nose "So if she gets drained you know what happens you already saw it" Lucas said "Do you believe us now" Evie asked "Yeah and i took a mental note not to make you upset or angry" Max said causing Evie to smile "Well what now" Lucas asked "You can be here with Katie and play Dig Dug i'll go home" Evie said "Eve you can't walk that much alone" Katie said but Evie didn't listened and got outside the room "Can you-" Katie asked "Yeah sure" Max interrupted standing up and walk outside to Evie "Eve" Max said causing Evie to turn around "Why are you calling me Eve" Evie asked surprised "I just do" Max said as they heard a car pull up outside Evie walked towards the door "Evie" Billy asked "Billy" Evie said Billy got out of the car walked to her and hugged her who hugged back "I missed you" Billy said still hugging "I missed you too" Evie said after they pulled away "How are Connor and Katie" Billy asked "Katie is inside with Lucas playing video games and Connor is at Will's" Evie said "Oh they are with their lovers" Billy said smiling "Yeah" Evie said "If Lucas hurt her he's dead" Billy said "He likes her too much to hurt her" Evie said "I give you a ride you can't walk that much alone" Billy said "Okay" Evie said "Come on you too" Billy said

Evie got on the backseat Max on the passenger seat and Billy on the driver's seat and started to drive "What did i tell you" Billy asked "I'm not late" Max said "You know what i mean" Billy said "Oh her it's a small town we weren't hanging out" Max said Billy assumed she was lying so he stepped on the gas pedal and drove full speed Evie was breathing heavily Max yelled at Billy "Billy stop" Evie yelled Billy looked at her and stopped driving so fast "Sorry" Billy said Evie tried to control her breathing they pulled up in Loch Nora Evie got out of the car "Can Max have a sleepover at mine" Evie asked "Yeah i don't care" Billy said "Watch the audittute" Evie said Max got out of the car and Billy drove away "Thank you" Max whispered "No big deal" Evie whispered back Max looked at Evie who was already looking at her they look each other in the eyes and slowly leaned in their lips met and their eyes flutter close Max's hands cupped Evie's cheeks Evie placed her hands on Max's waist and pulled her closer so that their bodies are pressed together when they pulled away they let go of each other blushed and looked to the ground "I uh.. didn't expect that" Evie said "Me uh neither" Max said "But it was good" Evie said "Yeah it was good" Max said "Let's go inside" Evie said grabbing Max's hand interwining their fingers and walking inside the house in her room the phone rung she let go of Max's hand and put the phone on her ear "Hello" Evie asked "Eve hey it's Connor can you say to Steve that I'm in the Lab with Will" Connor asked "Yeah I can do that" Evie said and Connor hung up "Who was that" Max asked "Connor" Evie said Steve ran into the room "I need both of you to help me" Steve said "Sure but first Connor called he's in the Lab with Will" Evie said "Okay let's go to my car" Steve said running downstairs the girls following
