I was a silent and soft child growing up , making friends was quite difficult since I didn't talk much , but everything changed when I met her . While I was playing on the swings in a silent park all alone, suddenly a cheerful red haired girl came up to me and introduced herself to me as Melanie . She had green emerald eyes , pretty freckles and a tiny beauty mark near the corner of her full pink lips , I felt awkward since it was my first time talking to anyone but decided to introduce myself back . We were both the same age , 9 . She asked if we could play together and explained how she had a collection of barbies, I like dolls and she seemed nice so i agreed. After what felt like an hour , she had to leave to go home , she hugged me and said she'll be at the park tomorrow. We hung out more and built a strong relationship. After weeks of being friends we find out that we would be going to the same school together. I was super exited.
