---------Lousia---------
"What did you do" I inched closer. He's up to something. Something dangerous. a strong vendetta.
"Please, everyone sits down so I can explain," He stated, standing gesturing everyone else to take a seat.
My feet glued to the floor. I wasn't listening to a man that i could kill with my own bare hands.
"You can tell me right here ,I am not sitting down."
"Same here; I don't know who you are. I am not listening to someone just because they said something," A deep voice said.
I was caught. All eyes went straight to the person. He grabbed my attention; he is different. Tattoos going down both arms that connect by his neck. He is wearing a tight white shirt hugging his biceps. He had dark brown curly hair that fell right in place. His eyes are what caught my attention. They were a mix and of sky blue and deep green. You could get lost in them so quickly.
"Don't disrespect me, boy," Father's voice echoed caused me to flinch. He was bringing up the past.
"Respect goes both ways, sir; you will not earn my respect by talking to me like that. I sense you can't even earn your daughter's respect since she jumped at the increase of your voice."
Everyone's eyes shifted to me. My eyes widened as he mentioned me. I didn't know if I should be hurt or excited about the fact he stood up for me and knew something was up with my father.
"I am saying this once, so listen closely, you brats. There are four guys and four girls. You all will be living together till you all fall in love with the other. I don't care who. Marisa, Lucy, and Sofi, you have the option to fall for Mason, John, Jace, Vincent. Lousia, you have the option to fall in love with Jace or Vincent. You will be leaving and moving into the house tomorrow. You are all staying here tonight. All the girls, you will stay in Lousia's room. Guys, you all will stay in Mason's room. You too, John. Now that you all understand, you are dismissed."
He walked off. Mother followed.
This wasn't that shocking. Father always had awful ideas. Something inside me was happy about this. I was not having to see my father's face, living with my best friends, or that hottie who stood up to my father.
I let out a breath of relief as the girls and I started talking. They have never seen my brothers before because of my father. I am not that rude. My brothers are decent-looking. But Lucy and John would make a fantastic couple. Along with Mason and Marisa.
"Lousia comes on, sleepover, oh and the guys said they are coming to your room with the drinks; we are gonna watch a movie," Marisa said, tapping my shoulder.
My eyes widened. When did all of this go down? Where was I?
"Where was I when this happened" I questioned, looking around.
"Just now, you were in a daze pretty common. You think a lot Lewe."
Lewe is my nickname. My brother created it. When we were younger, they didn't know how to say Lousia, so it always came off and Lewe when they tried. I like it. Something that only my brothers and friends call me.
"Yea, I know I have a lot to think about, you know. This isn't normal."
My mind is always going. I don't know if that is good or bad.
"I know, Lewe, we have been through more stuff than the average 21-year-old. Just know I am here; you can always talk to me. About anything, I am all ears."
All the girls knew about what happened; I just never fully opened up and told them everything. I haven't told anyone. I want to; I just can't.
All the girls headed up to my room. I stayed downstairs. I went to the fridge and grabbed water.
"You okay"
I jumped at the voice. I thought I was alone.
"Shit! " I said, relieved it was just him.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. It's just everyone is upstairs, and you are downstairs alone" he was back. His voice was just as profound when standing up to my father. This was his natural voice, and I loved it. His voice was deep yet calm. So smooth.
"No, you're fine. I didn't know anyone was down here," I said, opening my bottle of water.
"Yea, somethings on your mind"
"Nope"
"My daily dose of bullshit is over the top. I know you are lying."
Shit, that was very attractive I don't know if it was because I had never seen a guy as hot as him or the fact that he could tell I was lying. Yea, toxic, I know.
"Just my father," I laughed.
"Daddy issues, huh, "The man said sarcastically. He ran a hand through his hair.
"You could say that" I wasn't really in the mood to talk to him; I don't want to. He seemed to care,I just can't.
"You should be happy he is here with you" His eyes blinked shut.
I'm not the smartest, but I caught on.
"I am sorry" I don't just apologize. He was right, but he also didn't know the whole story.
"Don't be the bastard left my mom pregnant. Thankfully my stepdad helped her." He smiled when he thought about his mom. It was sweet.
"You and your mom close" I drank more water. When I brought up his mom, he smiled so hard. A momma's boy for sure.
"Very, she is my number one supporter, don't get me wrong, I keep secrets from her who doesn't. She doesn't need to know her baby boy has girls calling him daddy."
My eyes widened at what he said. He had a different Side to him. I almost choked on my water. My heartbeat changed. Now was not the time for my hormones to start going crazy. He looked up and smirked at me.
"We should head upstairs, don't you think" he suggests. His eyes fell on mine again. I was so intrigued. There had to be a color for them.
I just stared deep into his eyes like an addicting drug.
"Cadet blue"
"What" I am confused as to why he said that.
"My eyes the color of them Cadet blue or, as my mom calls them, "magic." He smiled. God he smiles was beautiful. He has pearly white teeth.
"Yea, we should head up" I grabbed some drinks and some water. I still hadn't figured out his name, but I wasn't worried about it. I was going to be seeing him a lot more.
