I wake up the next morning and check my phone and I see a couple notifications.
"Rosalie, Griffen Parker, Mom....." The words hit me and I realize the name. How did he find my number? Why did he text me? I check the message and it reads: "Jaiden, I found out you are new to the big city, I was wondering if you wanted and interview for a job working as an assistant at parker industries, please respond in the next 24 hours if you would like the interview. Thank you. -Griffen" I squeal at the idea of a interview on my second day here. I go pick out my outfit for the day a pair of ripped jeans with a white crop top.
I text him back saying: "That would be great thank you for the opportunity when do you wanna have the interview?" I hit send and set my phone on the desk. I go to the bathroom and brush out my hair, then straighten it. Usually it would be in waves but I decided to do it differently today. After I'm done with my hair I apply a little mascara, and blush over my freckles. After I do that I put in a pair of white stud earrings and pair it with a bucket hat. After I finish getting ready for the day I go out to the bedroom and check my messages. He texted back saying: "Is Tonight at 6 ok?" I respond with: "Yes. And once again thank you for this opportunity, Mr. Parker." A couple minutes later he responds with: "You can call me Griffen. I don't like the Mr. Thing it makes me feel like a teacher or something." He says. I get it I probably would not wanna be called Ms. Rose either.
