His Little Secret|On hold

Chapter 8

He says before moving away.
"H-how did you know?" I ask in a low voice.
"Your eyes were puffy. And your nose was red." He says before speaking again,
"Now run along, I have some work to do." He says and goes back to his computer.

I sit there in shock.
"If you didn't have time to do the interview then why am I sitting on your desk?" I ask sarcastically.

"Because work ran too late that I couldn't make time for you. Sorry to disappoint." He says and gestures his hand to the door.

"Run along." He says.

I then slide off his desk.
"I will need a ride home."
"I'll have my personal driver take you home." He says before opening his office door and he says, "Oh and Make sure u tell Hannah to bring me some tea." He says his accent present. "Will do." I say and roll my eyes while closing the door.

I walk to the elevator and press the key to the 1sr floor.
A couple seconds later the door opens and I head down to the 1st floor.

As I walk out of the elevator I see Hannah and say,
"Oh yeah Hannah Great to see you, bring Griffen some tea would you?"
She rolls her eyes but gets up to get a tea bag
"Thanks darling." I speak sarcastically before walking out of the building.

I walk over to a limousine where I am greeted by a tall man,
"Hello Ms. Rose, I will be your driver today." He says holding the door open. I hop in and he shuts the door making his way around the front.
He starts to drive then puts on music, and I watch out the window as people watch the limousine in awe, and I am left scrolling Instagram on my phone when it buzzes.

Then another one.

And I look at his page, only a couple photos but he had 24.k followers and he's verified.
So I follow him back then I texted him via dm.
*hey Jayden, I would like to invite you to a dinner tonight at 8 o'clock I'll have Jake my driver pick you up. Sound good?*

*you miss me already?* I send back.

*just be ready by 8* he sends back
