The final battle

(Author's note:Before we begin, I would like to thank you for reading this far and I wanted to add a quick content warning for this chapter. A segment of this chapter includes lots of fire and also extreme gore(face melting, body decaying quickly) Thank you!)

"You Tried to get rid of me..... But you can't!" Chrono hissed. "Clavac! I think we should combine now." The inky puddles started to form into the horrid monster that was Clavac. His ink wrapped around Chrono, Sinking into his skin. Chrono must have grown to at least 3 times his size. He had grown a separate arms that were covered in ink. The purple beak-like mask split in half, being held together by two small strings. An ear-breaking noise came from the abomination's mouth. He reached his hand out, sending blue flames shooting out. Kenzie and Skylar ducked, but the forest behind them burned. The amalgamation of the two demons grabbed Kenzie, singing her entire body. "No!" Skylar shouted. Kenzie cried out in pain, holding the candle to His head. Everything went like a blur. Fire hissed out its mouth, Skylar shouted a spell, stopping The monster from using his flames. When he instead used the ink to hurt her, Skylar threw the potion at him. At that moment, Everything slowed. Kenzie fell to the ground And Clavac melted back to the ground.  Chrono Fell to his knees. He covered his face with his hand. From in between his fingers, some liquid seeped through. His shoes started to melt into the ground. Chrono's face started to stretch out. He screamed in agony. Skylar was quite horrified by what she was seeing. His clothes started to burn like paper. "Please! Please Help m-" The skin melting off his face covered his mouth. He moved his hand from his face, it was goopy and began to melt too. His eyes popped out and the flesh inside became visible. His blood was black and it seeped out of his empty eye sockets. The burning spread from his clothes to his arms. Blood squirted out of him, spraying the ground. His brow bones became fully visible, his bones were a black color too. His clothes were fully burnt off, and now his skin was disappearing too. His heart was exposed now, It had something sharp poked through it. The heart was black. His face was now globs of melted skin-colored goo covering a skull. He disintegrated. There was silence for a few seconds, but it was broken by Kenzie screaming. She fell quiet again, stared at Skylar with black, empty eyes, Then ran off.
