Nightmare

The Morning After the sleepover was quite normal, They had cereal for breakfast and went home quickly. Skylar Made up a story of the sleepover for her mother's sake.  They Arrived home and Oliver welcomed his children back home. Skylar Set Her Things Down And  Laid down on her bed. She had slept for Quite a long time, but she still felt tired. Soon, she started to feel herself drift off into sleep. The Setting of her dream Was Strange, it started  in a pitch-black room. It Wasn't A Room though, It Was More Of A Dark Abyss. There Were various objects drifting in the abyss with skylar, including a Bandanna, a necklace that belonged to Kenzie and a fragile pair of weathered costume wings. It Was Quite peaceful at first, drifting in this quiet area, no worries, but that didn't last long. Soon, more objects started piling up in the room, but the first things that were there started to disappear. There were Strange noises coming from below Skylar, They Sounded like whispers. From the bottom of the abyss, there was a noise that sounded like a garbage incinerator Sounded through the valley of darkness. The noise wrenched at Skylar's insides as she saw the bandanna and necklace plummet down and get destroyed. there seemed to be eyes watching Skylar through the darkness. "Hello?" Her voice echoed throughout the abyss. "Hello." Said a deep voice. Skylar turned around to see a large red skull. "Where am I?" Skylar asked. The skull didn't speak. "Where am I?" She Asked again. the Skull Dropped down. There was a loud scream that shattered the air. Skylar Started to feel scared as the objects dropped down, one by one until the only thing left was the wings. Skylar ebbed towards the wings, but her body felt so weak. She still pushed on, reaching for the wings. She Just reached The Wings. She touched them, and they shattered, falling into the darkness. The whispers now seemed louder, the faces more prominent, and the Drop looking so deep and scary.  More faces appeared on the walls, And They seemed very prominent. Then, The Faces seemed to come Out of The Walls. "You Could Have Saved us...."One Of The Ghosts Sobbed. "Save Us Skylar!" They Wailed. Skylar Started To Fall Through The Floor.  She Started To Scream And cry. "Skylar....Skylar....Skylar!" Jay Was Pushing Her Awake.  She Jumped " Jay!"

Skylar Calmed Down After She Ate Her Dinner ( Chicken quesadilla), Though She Was Still Slightly Jumpy. She Was Catching up on Her Weekend Homework When She Got A Text From "Maggie?"

"Come To My house Tomorrow. We Need to talk. Bring Kenzie." Read the Text. "Why?" Skylar Typed Out. A Response came Immediately. " The world is in Trouble. If You Don't Trust Me, Just know, We've Been Friends Since We Were Three." She replied. "Fine. what time?"
