If Your Friend Or Family Member Is possessed,simply grab their Had and pull Them forward as If You Were About To Throw them. Skylar Did So. Then, hit Them In The Chest( Not too Hard But Not Too Soft) And Then Grab Them By The Head and Shake Them(This Should Shake Them up and  Make the Ghost Or Demon Loose Control) Skylar Shook Kenzie By The Head. Finally, Punch them In The Back( Hard Enough For Them To Be in a Slight Bit Of Pain.) Kenzie Fell To the Ground  and Then Stood Up." You okay?" Skylar asked softly." Heh. Yeah"
