kaylas POV

i sighed still not seeing anything on the news or anything. i sighed turning my phone off and finished cleaning the shower after myself so lea could wash.

i could tell she was depressed. she just got back from having the abortion and was on bed rest. i asked blake if i could work from home today because of it. he said yes and cashapped me for the day.

i helped her to the toilet as i ran her bath water. i was gon be by her side cause she was always there for me.

i couldn't imagine being raped, finding out you pregnant by him, yo boyfriend leaving and beating you up and now you don't have your own home. it was just awful.

i sighed as she slowly got in the water. i handed her everything she needed and left out. it was saturday so avi didn't have school.

"mai have a birthday party today remember" he said as i went downstairs

"yes i'm sure your dad can take you i have to stay here with your god mommy" i said

he looked at isaiah "of course i'll take you"

he read the invitation and nodded.

"how is she" he asked

i sighed "not good i can't even get her to eat she's washing now tho. but she talks to her therapist today" i said

"cool. i can't believe him. he changed for a while but he just always in sum shit i'm done saving his ass and then he brought up my mama ima kill him" he said frustrated

"yea that was weird and i'm sorry he said that but we don't need you in jail okay" i said hugging him

he looked back at avi and down at me before kissing me. he room him to get dressed and stuff to go to chuck e. cheese

i went back upstairs with lea who was trying to drown herself in the tub.

"oh hell nah" i said pulling her out making her cough up water

"i cant do this no more" she said gasping for air.

i pulled her out doing cpr. she coughed up more water. i pulled her into hug me and i cried

"lea don't ever give up on me you hear me" i said trying not to yell at her but that shit scared me

she nodded hugging me back. i wrapped the towel around her and laid her on the bed.

knock knock.

"what happened" isaiah said outside the door

"i'll talk to you later i needa get her situated right quick" i said still shocked at what all just happened in 5 minutes

she dried herself off and got dressed she laid back in bed.

"i love you i promise we gon get through this" i said rubbing her as i sat on hold

"i love you too" she said

"wanna eat and maybe go for a walk" i asked her

she nodded and i got up walking with the phone as i made sun reheated the mashed potatoes and bread for her.

"hello yes i would like to book a date with you all on the 22nd for a party of  50+" i said

"and how much is that if we want to provide food" i asked writing stuff down while walking upstairs with the stuff.

"okay thank you so much we'll see you then" i said after getting all the information i booked it on his calendar.

she ate it all up. her ass had to be hungry aint eat in days. after she ate i took my phone with us outside as we walked around the park.

"how you feel about going to talk to her" i asked

"i don't really want to. i hate opening up your the only person i can talk to right now" she said

i nodded "don't force it i'm here for now but i think eventually i can't do but so much. you feel me" i said

she nodded as we turned around going back inside. i was texting london we might have to cancel our plans for this weekend because of lea and she totally understood.

i smiled at the thought and took her back inside.

isaiah POV

i was the party with the other parents. everybody was cool or whatever. i wasn't  here to make friends just making sure my son good.

and here for the pizza duh.

"thanks for bringing apparently they are like bestfriends" the father said

"of course it's nice to see em all get a long never know what happens when we drop em off" i said

"amen to that. especially with disorder you know it's been hard letting him go places but they don't judge him and i'm so glad" he said

"taught my son well can't have him out here bullying mfs tryna act hard for sum laughs and shit" i said shaking my head

"exactly right some people don't even sent down and be real with they kids they just let them grow up however" he said before getting up to get more pizzas

i nodded realizing that's exactly how it was for me. i got out my feelings getting avi to come drink sun water. ass was paying hard asf

soon the party was over and i took him home.

"you had fun" i asked him

he nodded. i stopped talking cause he was falling asleep. i pulled over to get kaylas order of food and then went back home.

i turned my music down and stole sum of her fries as i pulled in the driveway.

i got the guys numbers so they can hang out more. i had a bestfriend since elementary but the nigga a bitch. hitting females n shit. i ignored how i was feeling.

i opened the door from my phone and carried him inside. i took his pants and shoes off before tucking him.

kayla came out the room.

"how was it" she asked

"he had fun his family is cool" i nodded

"okay good" she smiled eating and coming to my room

kaylas POV

"and then when i went upstairs she tried to drown herself i don't know what more i can do but she's doesn't wanna talk to nobody. and i just hate feeling this way but not being able to do shit but comfort her and get her feeling better" i said crying

"im sorry baby ... you think if we let her stay with her mom she could help" he asked

"she said she only wanna be with me" i said

"i guess you gotta push her day by day like you said it's not much but you got her to eat wash and go outside. so in my opinion your doing good" he said sliding over

"it's not enough tho i'll figure it out" i said stress eating

he kissed my forehead before going in his bathroom. i went back to lea and she was sleep. i got in next to her and turned the lamp offf
