Jungkook's POV

"Where are you going?" MinHye asked as she found me going down the stairs while I was about to leave. I was arranging my sudden flight with my secretary so he could take care of the work that will be left while I was gone. I hardly looked up to her when I answered.

"I have a flight to Japan." I muttered, adjusting the sling bag on my shoulder before I took my first steps down when she talked again.

"Why are you leaving this early? Is there an emergency?" she asked and I sighed.

"It leaves at 8:45 am." I said, making my way down when she shoved me to the side as she stomped her way down the staircase. "YAH!" I said, gritting my teeth before letting out a sigh as I shook my head.

It's okay Jungkook. You'll meet up with Hyeri before you leave.

Nothing can ruin your mood. Nothing okay?

"Leave and don't come back." She said in gritted teeth while her eyes glared at me as I made my way to the door.

"If only I could, trust me. I would." I simply said but when I met her eyes, it showed a different emotion than anger.

It was like... she was hurt.

Was I too much?

Yah, Jeon Jeongguk, give Minhye a break. She doesn't even know that you've found your Kristel and she wasn't responsible with the sudden wedding. Why are you being so mean to her?

I grumbled as I made my way to my black Porsche, throwing my bag inside before I opened the garage gate with a small device given by Minhye's grandmother and sped off.

"Hyeri what nonsense are you doing?!" I shouted as I found her on the edge of the roof top, crying. I ran to her in the middle of class after receiving an anonymous text that scared me, saying that she was on the rooftop and I should come or else something bad will happen and that message wasn't kidding. I panicked but I was also relieved that I came before she could have jumped.

"It's useless oppa. My life is useless! I thought we could be together without me telling you. I was happy that you still loved be even without you knowing a fact that I've been your lover before..." she cried.

What is she saying? Lover before?

"You loved me again in the present after forgetting your past, but everything is ruined when that bitch of a Minhye came and stole you from me!" she cried harder, snapping me back to reality that she was edging towards the end of the ledge.

"Song Hyeri!" I ran grabbing her before things get worse and I placed her down to the ground, only to catch her as her knees buckled under her, leaving her sitting on the floor. "What are you saying, Hyeri?" I now asked.

"I'm Kristel, oppa. Can't you remember me?" she asked, slowly raising her tear stained face to look at me. My eyes widens along with my mouth.

She was with me the whole time?

"Kristel..." I muttered shakily as I place my hands on her cheeks, the familiar name leaving my lips felt surreal. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." I said, hugging her tight. "It's okay. It's okay. I'm here, I'm here." I cooed, caressing her hair in the desperate attempt to stop her from crying.

"Please don't cry... I'm here now," I whispered as I felt her arms wrap tightly around me.

Kristel...

Kristel Marie Brookes, I'm glad I found you.

I shook of the image of Minhye and just focused on the road, heading to the café I agreed to meet with Hyeri, or should I say, Kristel. A smile made its way up to my lips as I couldn't think of anything else right now that Hyeri waiting for me before I depart for my flight.
