Chapter 8

6th grade was a rough year for me. I didn't enjoy it like I expected. I met new people including two of my closest friends, Jacob and Ryu. We all became close that year because in almost every class we sat together due to our last names. I became friends with people I cheered with and also became friends with people who didn't stick around for long. My cousin Macy told me about people she went to school with before she moved to the new school and I soon became friends with them, such as the twins, Karmen and Kendall. Once you make friends with people like them, its easy to make more. I finally met Carly and Mackenzie even though I grew up knowing who they were from church. We all became close that year.

I also had it pretty rough when a guy from my 5th grade class started calling me "emo" and had most of the boys in 6th grade onboard with him. Let's just say I was miserable. I did everything I could to stop it but eventually put it in Gods hands and he took care of it.

Later that year I met a guy that I ended up liking a lot (I'm not going to share his name because I really don't want to but those of you who know me personally can figure out who it is. For the story his name is gonna be A. *P.L.L twist right there just cause..*
A liked one of my friends and it really sucked that he never gave me a chance. I didn't understand what was so bad about me that he wouldn't even consider it. But I soon realized EVERYONE liked my friend because she was gorgeous.
Soon I got over him when I found out someone else liked me. He was the boy from 4th grade I talked about earlier in the story. But, before I go into detail about that, I'll share the story about meeting Kossamak (trust me this is important to know about before I talk about the boy.) I met Kossamak the year before when we went to Battle of the Books. Tyro, Reeds, & Churchland elementary schools all rode together so I got to see my little cousin Nate. He sat in the seat next to me and Sarah (my best friend at the time) and Kossamak was on the other side of him. We talked the entire way to and from the competition. I eventually got a Facebook account and added her and we became friends fast. She talked about this boy she liked and she knew the guy I liked, who she is really close to, so we decided to make a group chat. The chat consisted of Me, Kossamak, Sola (the boy she liked) and Trevor (the boy I liked) and still to this day, we all talk on the group chat. We eventually named it THE Group, then later changed it to T.O.K.S (Trevor, Olivia, Kossamak, Sola) and now it is T.O.K.S aka THE group.

Eventually, Trevor became my boyfriend. It didn't last long considering it was over the summer and we were still really immature. But even though we broke up, we still stayed in the chat. I became closer to Kossamak and eventually things got back to normal with me and Trevor.

Then 7th grade came.
