Months went on and eventually Lisa got better. She wasn't the same but she wasn't in that dark place like she had been.
December came and I was going to Maryland for the first time with my mom. It had been a few months since her and Greg got engaged and they were set to get married on New Years Eve. The drive was long but it wasn't too bad considering I slept most of the way.
When we were there we visited Ellicot City which is this little town about ten minutes from the apartment. That night after the small wedding we went into the city of Baltimore. It was freezing and crowded. We stayed around the Inner Harbor where the shops are and waited for Jordan to show up for the celebration of 2011.
The fireworks where amazing and the ride home is a blur to me because I fell asleep waiting for the subway and I fell asleep as soon as I got on the subway and again in the car.
Soon we went home and Waited for school to start back.
The year went on and my teacher started reading a book named 'The Hunger Games' little did I know I'd become obsessed with the book later on. We finished and moved on to the sequal, 'Catching Fire' but didn't finish in time. I left early on the last day of school and then I went back up to my moms for the summer. That's when I bought 'Catching Fire' and finished it. (I was a mess, I had to wait months before I got my hands on the next one.)
Then 6th grade started.
