Chapter 1

INTRODUCTORY

 

Cassy's POV

"Meeting adjourned everyone. Thank you for your precious time." Those were my final words to everyone who attended the two-day briefing for our new big project.

Finally, we're done. Isa-isa na ring naglabasan yung mga executives, directors and supervisors ng RGC Advertising.

Dalawang araw na pagtira sa conference room and it's as if I want to retire already.

This was so not my life. Living in a four-walled office, I thought I can't survive this. When I was in college all I did was go out and go out and go out.

But now, I actually love my job. Thanks to my dad.

The successful business dealings; especially this current deal with Victoria Secret, are all worth the hardwork and effort.

Finally. I took a deep breath of relief.

Ang advertising company namin ang napili nila to advertise their brand in Philippine television. This is one project that I know a lot of companies would really want to have. This is Victoria Secret for crying out loud. I smiled, my dad would be happy for sure.

"Cass, wanna come with us to Republiq tonight?" Anyaya ni Anya sa akin habang nagfa-file ng gamit niya.

"Wanna get naughty?" Segunda naman ni Therese na nakangisi.

Nag-angat ako ng tingin mula sa pagliligpit ng Mac Book Air ko. I grinned at them.

These girls really. Kami na lang tatlo natira dito sa loob.

They're the daughters of two of our company's top executives and my dad's business partners. Sila ang nagrepresent sa mga companies nila just like what I did. Ano ba naman ang alam ng mga matatanda sa pag-aadvertise ng lingerie diba? Tapos isa pa, isa lang to sa mga businesses ng Ruiz Group of Companies. My dad's a lot busy with his shipping business.

"Sure. I'll see you there." Sabi ko habang nililigpit na yung mga papers at nilalagay sa attache case ko.

Oh I wanna go out tonight.

Bar hopping was my life back when I was in college kasama ang dalawang to and our two other besties.

Before, we gate crash our friends, or friends of friend's party.

Remembering what we were before, I can't help but grin wider. We really enjoyed our teenage years.

I was a super duper party girl before na halos yata lahat ng bar nalibot ko na.

Of course with K—- . I reined my thoughts.

Never mind, it's forbidden territory.

"Great. But Tasha and Patrice are both out of the country right now. Tasha's with his fiancé na K-Pop Idol at nasa Japan sila ngayon dahil may show ito, and Patrice is currently cruising the Caribbean. Ginamit niya yung binigay mo sa kanyang gift certificate nung birthday niya. Which by the way, dapat mo rin kaming bigyan sa birthdays namin." She said with a hopeful look pertaining to her last sentence.
