MY PRINCESS, MY BELOVED

 

Kyle's POV

Hmmmm...

I'm dreaming...

Dreaming of Cassandra.

Pababa na sya ng hagdan and I am following her, crying and begging her not to leave me.

"Princess..."

"What else do you want Kyle?" Mahinahong tanong niya at patuloy pa rin sa pagbaba.

"Stay. Please." I begged her.

She stopped on her tracks and turned to me.

"Stay? After all you've done? Stay?" Nakataas ang kilay niyang sabi.

Napalunok ako. I can't answer her. I am so guilty.

I know I had inflicted her pain. More than pain, actually.

Alam ko na ang kapal ng mukha kong pigilan siya. But I love her. I fucking love her! She's my everything. It's just that I cannot sacrifice my freedom to marry her. But fucking shit! We can still work this out kahit na hindi kami kasal. Hindi naman talaga kailangang magpakasal agad. We're happy kahit hindi kami kasal. And we will be. I know we will be.

"Yes love. Stay." Pabulong na sabi ko looking straight to her eyes pleadingly.

She smirked.

"Ang kapal ng mukha mo no?"

I closed my eyes tightly upon hearing those words. There she said it.

But heck, I don't care!

I love her. Fucking shit! I'll give her everything she wants.

"I had enough Kyle. I have to look for someone who's ready for commitment." She said before turning her back.

Commitment.

I am not afraid to be committed, especially to her.

But I cannot marry her.

I cannot.

 

Not yet.

 

We're happy naman kahit hindi kami kasal.

Fuck!
