It's been a few weeks now since the winter dance and I've been running through this whole relationship thing smoothly with Paxton. I mean, I can't mess this up again right?
For the past few weeks, we've been practically together 24/7. Watching movies, going to the beach, eating out, and simply hanging out. Oh, and studying...and kissing. Overall, it's been the best few weeks for me and I'm pretty sure it's the same for Paxton.
As I arrive to my locker at school, I fix my hair and look at the gift Paxton gave me a few weeks ago for Christmas that's currently on my neck. It's simply the cutest necklace that I have ever own.

While I'm occupied looking at my necklace, I can feel a pair of hands that landed on my shoulders. Before I can even turn around to hug the person as a good morning gesture, he wraps his arms around my shoulder, "Good morning Devi."
I smile and look at Paxton to my left, "Good morning Paxton."
"Are you ready for class?" I nodded to Paxton's question before he grabs my hand and we head to Mr. Shapiro's class. Once we got to class, I went to my usual seat that now has Paxton sitting right beside me. Ever since we got together, he decided to change his seat so he can see me as well. Which is very cute if you ask me.
I placed my materials and look over at Paxton who's been watching me with his usual cute eye smile. "What are you looking at?"
I watch him bounce up a bit, as if he's been zoning out. "I'm just looking at you. You look pretty and I like how you're still wearing the necklace I gave you." Right when I smiled, the bell rang with Mr. Shapiro and a guy entering the class.
Analyzing the guy, he's tall with curly to wavy hair. He walks in with a big smile as he just looks around the classroom. We made eye contact and it just seems like he kept looking at me. In the background you can hear all the girls whispering about how cute he is and the guys betting what sport he plays.
"Good morning class, we have a new student today. Why don't you introduce yourself Noah." The whole class avert their attention to him, anticipating his introduction.
"What's up. My name's Noah Centineo and I see a lot of beautiful girls and handsome guys here." I can literally hear the whole class chuckling but all I see is Noah looking straight at me after his introduction. Does he know me?
"Yo, Noah. What sport do you play?" Trent blurts out the question all the guys been wondering. "I play football. Quarterback." Noah shrugs as everyone just start cheering. Wow football.
"Devi, can you raise your hand please?" I raise my hand as Mr. Shapiro just points at me. "Why don't you take the seat behind Devi since it's been vacant for the past two weeks." Mr. Shapiro looks at Paxton who just smiles at him and back at me.
