I've always loved attention, but I don't necessarily ask for it. Pay attention to me, then okay. Look away, fine. But there's one person that I just love whenever he pays attention to me.

Sugawara Koushi's my boyfriend. A lot of girls like him, but unlike his teammates Kageyama and Tsukishima, they're not out in the obvious. They don't give him love letters, but many girls talk about him.

A lot were quite down when they found out he's my boyfriend. But that didn't bother me. Well, why should it? He's my boyfriend. They can be down, and I'll just continue to live a quiet life as the girl he chose.

I rest my head on the table and poke his cheek with the end of the pen, and he turns to me with a sweet smile before returning his attention to his notes.

We're currently studying for the college entrance exams, and I don't really care, since I can just wing them, but he told me we should study.. and I also get to have him around me, so I agreed to it.

"Koushi," he hums and ruffles my hair without looking at me, and I poke his cheek again, "Koushi.." he hums, "Sugawara Koushi.." he turns to me, and I smile, "You finally looked at me.."

"(Y/n), we should be studying," I frown, and he just smiles and brushes my hair, "Study."

"No." I don't want that. I want his attention. "I love you."

"I love you too," he answers without looking at me, and I pout and pinch his cheek gently, "(Y/n), study."

I move closer to him and lay my head on his lap, and he just stares at me, confused. I stay quiet and shut my eyes close to nap, and he brings a hand to my head and pats it gently, giving me a kiss on my ear.

"Craving for attention?" I nod, and he chuckles, "If you study, I'll pay attention," I shake my head and hug his waist, "Then no attention for you.."

"I already have it right now," he takes his hand off my head, and I sit up as I whine, "Koushi—" he cups my cheek and cuts me off with a kiss, "Sugawara.."

"That's a habit, isn't it?" Hmm? "You call me Sugawara whenever you're flustered," I tilt my head slightly, and he chuckles and gives me another kiss, "I love you, so let's study for now, okay? I'll give you attention as long as we finish studying first."

"That's an empty promise."

"Come on." No.. "I'll take you out tomorrow if you're able to solve the math questions."

"Koushi.. did you forget that I'm ranked higher than you?" he just smiles and kisses my forehead, wrapping an arm around my waist to pull me closer to him.

I gave in and studied what we needed to know. We had small quizzes, and it was better than I thought. He gave me kisses when I got them right, and he would pinch my sides or tickle me whenever I got them wrong.
