I always thought things would only bloom beautifully like how cherry blossoms would during spring. But I forgot that fall comes right after spring and summer ends, and right after, it's winter.

I probably was stupid for forgetting about what happens after what goes on in present. I should've prepared myself for the long run..

It's been a few months since then, and I still haven't wrapped my head around it very well. It's frustrating that it distracts me from time to time.. but they'd never care about my worries anyway.

"(Y/n), do you mind bringing over some towels?" Rintaro says, and I rummage through the cabinets to get towels for him, "Thanks."

"Is the girl from earlier your last customer?"

"Not if you'd want to get rid of your tattoo." My tattoo.. "It's on your collarbone, right? His name.. or was it initials?" he pulls my collar down a bit and checks on the tattoo, "This is why I hate couple tattoos."

"I want to get rid of it.. but I can just cover it up with makeup. It's.."

"You're still holding onto him even after what he did? He literally chose her over you. Why do you want to keep that anyway?"

"It's just.." Rintaro sighs heavily and ruffles my hair, "You kept your ex-girlfriend's initials, didn't you? Even though she's married now.."

"Unlike yours, mine's bigger and it's not just her initials. It's her full name."

"Oh.."

Rintaro, Suna Rintaro. He's my cousin. He does tattoos full-time, but he's also a volleyball player. I don't know how he managed to move on from his ex, but that's something I wish I can do.

"Oh, hey.. Your game with Schweiden Adlers is next week?" he nods, and I smile, "I'll go."

"You'll see him.. are you sure about that?" I nod, and he messes my hair up, "Don't come crying to me."

"I'd be crying if you win."

"Then I'll win, so I can get a photo of you crying," I smack his arm, and he just laughs and messes my hair up more.

I get distracted by my past, but Rintaro knows really well how to distract me from that. I'm glad I have a dork for a cousin. He looks intimidating, but he's a dork. I love him.

Suddenly, another customer came in, so Rintaro didn't get to leave with me. I already prepared everything for him, so I could leave earlier. I can't stay with him for too long.

I need food.. I probably have to prepare something for Rin too. He stays at my place while he's looking for his own apartment. I don't really mind having him around.. he keeps my mind focused on things.
