The day after stormterror was saved, mondstadt has visibly became more active. It was of course due the threat of Stormterror being no more, this lead to a rise in commissions from the adventurers guild. Commissions Gee had no trouble completing with Bennet, as for aether and paimon. They were off doing their own thing.

"and this should be the last one for the day, well it gotten pretty late. You should head home now Bennett, I'm sure your family is worried about you. " Gee told the little adventurer.

"yeah my dad's at the guild will be worried, well goodnight Gee. See you soon." Bennett waved to the man as he ran back home. "wait, dads?" Gee decided to not question it and went on with his day, walking towards angel's share. Gee hoped that diluc or venti would there, he wanted to learn more about teyvat. Considering he didn't get to learn much due to the Stormterror incident, entering the bar, Gee was delighted to see diluc behind the bar. Wearing different attire to what he used to see, looking up from the glass he was cleaning. A small smile appearing at sight of one of mondstadt's heroes.

"good evening, diluc." Gee greeted, unclipping his swords from his waist and laying them on the bar. While taking a seat in the process.

"good evening Gee, here for a drink?" diluc asked the man.

"I mean it's a bar isn't it?" Gee asked with a bit of sarcasm.

"well th-" but before he could complete his somebody slammed the bar's door open.

"good evening everyone." someone greeted in a very sultry tone, Gee turned around to see probably one of the most drop dead gorgeous people he has ever met. The person began walking. Though diluc didn't think the same, as he groaned at the new arrival.

"well hello there diluc, may I have the usual?" the stranger asked, diluc didn't say anything as he turned around and began making the drink. All the while Gee was looking at him, the stranger then turned to Gee.

"hmm, mismatched red eyes, white hair and horns. And a large intimidating stature, let me guess. You must be Gee, Jean told me about you. let me introduce myself, I'm kaeya. cavalry captain of the knights of Favonius, at your service." the stranger introduced himself.

"a pleasure to meet you my dear, and since you seem to be a regular here. Any recommendations?" Gee asked the captain.

"of course, diluc make that two drinks."

"so tell me kaeya, how can there be a cavalry captain? If there aren't any horses?" Gee didn't know if they even had horses in this world.

"well you see, it's kind of a funny story." kaeya began explaining the how the actual grandmaster, varka. Went on a long expedition taking a majority of the knights and all the horses with him, leaving Jean in charge.

"so they took all cavalry, but not the cavalry captain. By the one above all, diluc was right. You guys are inept." Gee whispered the last part to himself, though kaeya seemed to hear him.

"come on, it's not all bad. If they didn't leave me behind I would never had the chance to meet." kaeya spoke the last part in a sultry voice, two glasses were slammed harshly on the bar. Interrupting the conversation.

"why the harshness diluc? Something bothering you?" kaeya asked with a smug smile, diluc only glared at the blue haired man. The atmosphere was getting more tense by the second, until it was interrupted Gee. Who quickly downed his drink and slammed it at the bar, snapping the two brothers out of their glaring contest.

"this is really good, can I have another please?" Gee asked diluc, beginning to make the drink. Diluc initiated a conversation with the albino.

"so Gee, you told me you were going to answer my questions after this whole situation is over. Although I would've liked it in more private settings, something tells me your going to be very busy the next few days." diluc spoke
