Author's Note: Hi! Welcome to the fanfic. This has been sitting for years and I've finally decided to post it. I am using this story almost like a trial run, I have a few book ideas that I would eventually like to make a reality, so what better way to do that than to test run my writing this way. I would love any and all feedback, even for grammar and spelling errors if that isn't too much to ask, just please don't be too mean! Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you!

The door to his studio opened and Namjoon turned to see a staff member enter, closing the door behind her. It had been hours since they last spoke. Today was the last day of interviews for assistants, and he was the last member of the group who didn't have one yet.

All of his fellow members and staff nagged him for having such picky tastes in what he wanted. A member of the BigHit staff would conduct the interview first, making sure the person they were interviewing had the qualifications each specific member was looking for and making the job seem as boring as possible. Then the member each interviewee matched with best was to also conduct an interview. Usually there was three or four left for the staff to go over with the band member, picking the most suitable for their needs and expectations, and the second interview took place the next day.

Namjoon watched everyone else going through stacks of people, never getting a single application of his own. For two weeks, he watched he other guys pick their new assistants and give them a start day of tomorrow. Namjoon was waiting patiently at the studio all day waiting for a stack of applicants to land on his desk. He wanted the most suitable interviewed before he left tonight to ensure they could start in the morning.

When he looked at the staff member who had come to his studio, he didn't see a single paper in her hands. His face fell and he immediately lost hope.

"We have only one that met your very specific requirements and passed our interview. She's waiting for you in the conference room if you'd like to meet her." She said.

Only one.

Namjoon followed her to the conference room, sweating and he hoped it wasn't noticeable. He requested to enter alone and saw a short silver haired woman standing by the windows, looking out at the city.

"It's a beautiful view."  He said. not really commenting on the windows but she wouldn't know that.

She whipped her head around quickly.

"Do you need this room? I'm so sorry they told me to wait here. I can wait in the hall..."

She rambled on until he lifted a single hand and gestured for her to sit.

"I'm here to see you please sit." He said.

She sat and they talked for about 15 minutes. He didn't really have to interview her to know she was the one. She was perfect.

"How soon can you start?" He said, hoping she would at least say tomorrow.

She smirked, "How soon do you need me I can start now?"

---

Perfect.

He thought that everyday for six months since he first looked at her. His assistant, Morrigan, pushed through the studio door with her hip, carrying coffee in one hand and files under the other arm and her laptop case in her other hand. He immediately rushed to help her before she split everything everywhere, she was just as clumsy as he was.
