Chapter Twenty Nine

Several Years Later

Morrigan, Rem and Dae sat around Morrigan's kitchen table planning out all the details of their dream weddings. Jae came bursting through the door with takeout, putting it in the center of the table and grabbing his own planner.

The four of them had spent many days together planning the details of their special days. Of course they spent time planning with their partners, but today was one of those days BTS hung out. 

They had these hang out days started after they came back from military service and they had more time than ever due to the group heading towards disbanding. They came back from military service, putting out a good run of music, now they are letting their bodies rest after each comeback. making it only about once every other year. They decided now was the best time to finally get married. It wasn't planned but everyone asked around the same time. 

Jae asked Jin first, then Ye-Jun asked Rem. Yoongi waited about a week after they announced their engagements publicly then asked Morrigan if he could marry her sibling. Morrigan said yes without question. They got engaged a month later. 

Namjoon took his time. Morrigan had assumed he didn't want to or he was still taking things slow with her, even though it was closing on fifteen years since they decided to take things slow. But he did eventually ask, in the same place he'd given her their couples rings at, so naturally it was all over the news by the next morning. 

Jin and Jae were planning for August,  Rem and Ye-Jun wanted September,  Morrigan and Namjoon had chosen November and Yoongi and Dae were planning for cherry blossom season next year.  

Everyone was now living separately, using the old dorm space for when everyone got together, which they tried to do at least once a month. The boy group they were helping back then, TXT, became very successful and the company invested in their first girl group, NewJeans, which gained instant popularity a few years later. 

Morrigan was happy and she noticed how happy Dae was as well. 

Later that evening, Namjoon came home just in time for dinner. Morrigan had kicked the wedding planning crew out hours ago. 

"I'm dying to hear all of your new ideas and share some of my own." He said, wrapping his arms around her, hugging her from behind. 

"Well it was mostly Jae since theirs is first. He and Dae were arguing about Jin and Jae's preferred colors or something." 

"I don't want to know." 

"I didn't want to know either. But how was your day?" 

"It was like every other day, better now." He smiled. 

They ate dinner together, talking about their day and spent a little time deciding a few small things for their wedding. 

Namjoon's mom had even asked to throw them a dinner party, so she could meet some of Namjoon's other relatives and his family could meet Dae. 

Morrigan thankfully had no more major problems after becoming Namjoon's officially. She hoped this meant her bad luck had finally run dry.
