For the first time in his life, The Courier doesn't know where to go. He's never been in other worlds before. Then again, back then, dimension travelling was just a concept that existed in the realms of fiction. The Courier is proud of his newfound achievement for sure. No more they have to stay in that wasteland. The machine works. It's a success. However it still needs fixing and polishing. It appears the machine had sent him to a very similar world as this world seems to have suffered the same fate, nuclear apocalypse. One thing he noticed is the technology of this place. The remains here are much more primitive and dated. It's almost like this world didn't advanced as much compared to his. After all, Russia was suppose to be very advanced.

Right now, The Courier is looking at a spinning bottle he had spun. It's dumb but it's way more fun. After all, he can't just stand around here and wait for them to transport him back. He wants to check this world out before he leaves.

Once the bottle stopped spinning, The Courier turned to look at south. It gave him a bad feeling however that's where the bottle is pointing. He sighs deeply and looked down, pondering.

"Oh well, south it is." The Courier decided as he starts heading south, taking advantage of the remaining time he has left in here.

It's been hours and The Courier found nothing but snow and the remnants of this world once was. This world is too barren and empty for his taste, facing the supposed nuclear winter NCR soldiers and rangers always wished. Call him old fashioned but The Courier already misses the sprawling and rowdy Mojave Wasteland.

Back home, he would be already facing rad scorpions, the usual raiders, or any poor unlucky thing that might try to mess with him at this point.

Nevertheless, The Courier kept moving. He has to. At the very least, he must find at least some sort of lifeform in all this blizzard.

Suddenly, he felt his Pip Boy beeping. He turns to look at it with curiosity. Then The Courier smiled. The Pip Boy has located a nearby local transmission meaning there are humans in this world after all. Perhaps there is hope after all.

However just as he is about to head towards the source of it, he hears a distant animalistic howl and a rumbling thunderous sound on the ground which alerts him. The Courier quickly puts down the metal crate from his back and opens it, instantly seeing a wide arsenal of weaponry just for him to use only. He knew something was coming and his guts tell him they ain't friendly. He pulls out a high powered armor piercing minigun CZ57 Avenger and an ammo backpack, arming himself.

"Lock and load." The Courier muttered dryly before facing the direction where the roar came from. It took him only seconds to finally see what he was up against and The Courier wasn't impressed. It seems a pack of tailed quadrupedal mutated creatures are heading straight towards him. These creatures are large, hairy, have black skin, with a mouth that's angled upward and sunken into the face along with a pair of phalanges adjoin either side of the mouth and teeth lining the lower edge. The Courier almost snorted by the way it looked. It reminded him of bulldogs, "Heh, I've faced odds way worse than this. Let's rock this joint."

The Courier bided his time like a predator waiting for the right time to attack. He waited patiently and never let fear or the sight of them charging straight towards him bother him. When the creatures were finally in range, The Courier showed no mercy. He instantly pulls the trigger with glee and out came an aggressive storm of bullets. Every creature that got a tiny bit close were torn to shreds, killing it instantly.

When the shooting stopped, what's left of them are just messy pieces of guts and blood. The Courier scans his surrounding with caution, making sure nothing left is alive. Luckily for him, he found two still alive but barely. Not wanting to waste any ammo, The Courier killed the remaining two by stomping on their heads so hard their skulls cracked open.
