𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓, Rhea had decided that they should get some essentials for the baby. And she forced Elio to join her while the rest of the group was tasked with building the baby furniture that was collecting dust in the attic.

Elio trailed behind Rhea awkardly as they walked into the baby store. It looked gravely strange that two teenagers came to buy baby things and his cheeks heated up in embarrassment at the thought. He had already seen three women look at him with their eyes filled with judgement.

"Hmm, I think first we need to buy diapers. That's necessary," Rhea spoke, looking down at her list before scanning the large store for the newborn section. Elio stuffed his hands into his pockets

"Ah! I found it, come on," Rhea urged as she rushed towards the isle with a hesitant Elio behind her.

Looking through the rows and rows of diapers and different brands, she hummed at the options indecisively before grabbing a box. "What do you think?" She turned around with a box of Pampers in her hands, awaiting Elio's decision.

Elio mindlessly nodded as Rhea placed it in the shopping cart. All he wanted was to get this done and over with so the judgemental stares would stop. They walked to another isle filled with baby food.

"What about this?"

Elio nodded again and Rhea narrowed her eyes at him before sighing exasperatedly. "Look. I know this is a weird situation and all but can we at least be civil about this? Just until we figure out what to do with this baby."

"...okay." He shifted on his feet awkwardly as Rhea began to grab more essentails before they walked to another isle.

"Oh my God, look!"

Elio glanced at what Rhea was eagerly looking at and nearly laughed. "We are not gonna dress it in a ladybug costume." He uttered out.

Rhea glared at him. "First of all, it is a she. Second of all, why not?"
