Pokemon Journeys: Avery's Adventure Begins..

A snow day for searching!

"It. Is. FREEZING" Avery complained sitting in her room,in her winter clothes already, Fennekin on her shoulder wearing a scarf. The lab was being closed for the day so she was going to go home. When she stood up she went to see the boys "Hey you two, I'll be taking the bus home. Anyone else coming with me there?" She asked poking her head around "Oh, Yeah. I'll walk with you" Goh said turning to face her "Great. I'll be outside" She smiled walking outside

Avery walked with the two going to the bus "Oh, I completely forgot something. Wait here" Avery ran back to grab her bag but when she came back, Ash was there alone holding a gift "Wheres the bus?" She asked "It left" Ash informed her

The two were walking to find Goh's apartment, Fennekin was in Avery's arms still wearing her hat and a wooly jumper Avery recently got for Fennekin. She looked around as a shiver went down her back as she looked around some more till she felt something grab her leg making her shriek scared "GET IT OFF" She kicked her leg making Ash stare at the stick that wrapped on her leg

"You're always so paranoid" Ash complained walking forward "Hey! Not my fault anything can be there" Avery defended herself furrowing her eyebrows. and they continued

"Is this Goh's apartment?" Avery asked looking up to an apartment "Fenne.." Fennekin looked at it then saw an Ralts walking up, It had hurt its leg somehow as Fennekin jumped onto Avery getting her attention "Whats wrong?" Avery turned seeing the injured pokemon and picked it up following Ash inside

Ash held a button trying to call Goh's room, It didnt work "Maybe nobody's home, so.." Ash turned to his friends and the Ralts "I'll call him." Avery brung out her rotom phone and started to call Goh 

"Hey Avery" Goh answered "Uh, Goh. We're outside your apartment building, Where are you?" She asked holding the phone to her ear. "You are?!" Goh sounded shocked "Professor Cerise guided us there. Again, Where are you?" She asked again starting to get cross "Some stuff just came up, Im in the park with Scorbunny."

The two ran into the park. The pokemon following close behind "Goh!" Ash said running infront of Avery "Ash, Avery. Thanks this is a big help!" Goh thanked them "Dont worry about it!" Avery assured him "So, Have you found that group of Mankey yet?" Ash asked Goh. "No luck. Not yet" Goh looked down upset "Mankey can be pretty sneaky." Ash thought and gasped

They were all hiding in a bush, A nanab berry was on the bench to bait in Mankey and Fennekin was ready to attack the Mankey from the side. Fennekin saw Mankey at the bench and used ember attacking a Mankey. The Mankey quickly fainted as one went up a tree "Mankey, Gove back Cubones bone!" Avery ordered them and the four Mankey started jabbering  "Where is it then?" She asked. The Mankeys blabbered back "wait. You lost it?!" Ash looked surprised and the Mankey nodded

"Where did you lose it?" Goh asked making the Mankey mumble. One covered its ears, One covered its mouth and the other shut its eyes. The fourth one held its nose shut for some reason "Wait! Whats that about?" Ash asked confused. The two started reassuring Cubone

It was getting late and everyone was searching till a Fearow pointed somewhere

Avery was riding Dragonite, She held on tightly not wanting to fall over And they landed in a little island "Im not going in the lake" Avery crossed her arms "I know just who can help" Goh sent out Dewgong and it went to find Cubones bone 

Dewgong swam back up, The bone was in its mouth and Cubone cheered happily as Ralts started to jump around happy. Avery saw Goh's parents making their way over "Mom?! Dad?!" Goh looked shocked "We were so surprised!" The two stopped "We were on our way home when we saw you flying on the back of a pokemon!" Goh's mom said "Yeah, We were just helping to look for Cubone's precious bone." Ash explained "So you must be Ash!" "From Pallet town?" Goh's parents smiled and looked over to Avery "You must be Avery, You live with the Professor correct?" Goh's dad asked and Avery nodded a little shocked they knew that

"You see.." Goh turned to face them "It seems you've been helping our Goh quite alot!" Goh's mother went to their height "Well, I dont know if i'd put it quite that way" Ash put his hands on his hips plotting something. Goh looked away grumbling. Scorbunny looked up to Goh trying to get its attention.

Suddenly Ralts went to Avery "Ralts, You need to go home now" Avery explained kneeling to its height "Ra! Ralts!" Ralts begged to stay grabbing her hand tightly "You want to stay? Really?!" Avery gasped and brung out a spare pokeball throwing it at Ralts. Successfully catching it "Nice work Avery!" Ash congratulated her as she held the pokeball 

Goh ended up catching Cubone aswell and they both sent out their new partners "Now, Why dont we go home and have dinner." Goh's mom suggested "You see, Thats why im here. I was just trying to brung you both some stew." Goh explained "All that for us?" His dad gasped "I had something else for you, But it looks like i lost it or something" Goh finished and Ash brung out the gift "You mean this?" Ash asked handing it to him "Huh?" Goh turned to Ash gasping "You dropped this right before you got on the bus." Ash explained 

"You dont mean you came here just to give this back, Do you? All that way?" Goh asked taking it "Of course" Ash nodded and Goh handed it to them.

Avery was eating the stew as Ash was doing Karaoke very..bad. Fennekin groaned and tried to out do him "Fenne! Fennekin! Kin kin kin!" Fennekin started as Avery and Goh were laughing uncontrollably.
