Pokemon Journeys: Avery's Adventure Begins..

Avery held her clipboard standing beside Goh as they finished breakfast, Ready to help with pokemon orienteering. Fennekin and Sylveon were by her side. After Opal gave her Sylveon, Sylveon started being a guard to her. Professor Cerise, Chrysa and Ren introduced themselves

"And we have three special young trainers" Cerise had knocked some sense into the boys making them stand professionally. "Hi! My names Ash." Ash introduced "My names Goh." Goh added "Im Avery," She finished. 

Professor Cerise showed the children some pictures of pokemon, Avery was leading with Ash in the Pikachu group, She decided to return Sylveon

The Pikachu group set off. The first one the encountered was a Persian "Do you know who that is?" Avery asked kindly, The children thought for a second "The answer is..." Ash held his rotom phone up, "Persian!" Avery smiled as a few Meowth appeared. 

Persian used its whiskers and ran "Great lets follow them!" Ash said and ran "But Ash! The port!" Avery called. Fennekin sighed and the group followed.

They snuck up to the Persian group and there was a pile of sleeping Rattata. "They're gonna battle!" Avery gasped as the Persian group jumped around Rattata. 

Persian group and Raticate group continued battling till Officer Jenny stopped it with her Growlithe. "Its not safe to be there. Standing that close to a battle" Officer Jenny explained "We're sorry! Ash is meant to be doing orienteering but got distracted." Avery apologised. "For these two kids here!" Ash pointed to the empty places beside him, The kids had ran away making Ash panic

Avery walked up grabbing there hands "You wanna meet Growlithe?" She asked kindly, The kids hesitantly nodded as Avery led them over to Growlithe still holding their hands. The kids pet Growlithe happy as Avery smiled. Fennekin walked up as Avery picked her up.

The Pikachu group was on a balcony in the park that could view the town and the port. "Thats the destination!" Avery pointed. A herd of Pidgeotto and Pidgeot flew past. Ash held his Rotom phone as it explained the pokemon. Fennekin was still in her arms as Ash got a battle challenge, "Not now! Ash you need to decline—" Avery persuaded but the children wanted to see him battle. 

The two trainers got ready to battle and the three watched from the steps. Ash had the disadvantage with using Pikachu on Meganium. Avery held Fennekin as she pet her tail, Pikachu was extremely hurt after a solar beam but was able to win 

The children cheered for Ash loudly. "You should of declined since we're not meant to be doing that"

Ash explained how he loves battling. "Hey Avery, Do you like battling?" The young girl turned to Avery "Well— Uhm, Not exactly" Avery laughed awkwardly. "Then what do you do with pokemon?" The group started walking "I havent decided yet, I still have a long time for that though!" She smiled "Look! Theres the port!" She pointed and ran forwards 

"Everybody look!" A women yelled "Theres been a Lugia sighting!" The man finished "Lugia?!" Ash exclaimed "Incredible!" Goh gasped. When the teams looked up, There was Lugia in the air. Goh wanted to catch it but they had to do a raid battle. "Okay then, Fennekin, Sylveon your up!" Fennekin ran forward and Sylveon appeared from her pokeball.
