Horus pulled the hood down to further hide his face.

It was one of those rare occasions he wished to walk through the cities, to intermingle with his people.

Though night was definitely preferred, he could travel the streets with more ease though still take a closer look at the state of egypt and its people.

Horus looked up at the night sky with the feeling of peace washing over him.

He could finally let Egypt prosper.

*Whoosh*

"What....?"

A flash of red eyes, barely seen under a figure heavily cloaked.

"Uncle...?"

Horus began to follow.

'W....What???!'

Anuwe noticed immediately.

Why was this man following her??

"Hey! Wait!!!"

Anuwe began to panic running faster and more frantically.

Horus however, simply used the wind to his advantage and before Anuwe could react she was being lifted from the ground.

"Uncle....Please wait!"

A strong hand grabbed a hold of her forearm.

"U....Uncle?"

A soft feminine, and confused voice spoke.

Horus couldn't help the surprised look that painted his features.

"W...what....Your not...?"

Was it....

Was it possible his Uncle could be messing with him?

Anuwe didn't know what to do.

Who the hell was this strange guy grabbing a hold of her?

And why the hell was he calling her 'uncle'?

Did she really look like a man?

"Uncle...?"

Horus questioned again, looking into the girls crimson eyes, clearly still confused.

"I....I'm not your U...Uncle Sir. Please let me go."

"How do I know your not using magic or something to sound like a woman?"

"Wha....what the fuck?"

Anuwe whispered visibly confused as well.

Before Anuwe could step away a strong hand pulled her cloak away, revealing a head of fiery red hair and her female form.

Horus eyes we're wide with surprise his mouth agape.

"H....How...?"

"Oh my god she has red hair!"

A woman's screech broke through the air surprising Horus enough that he looked away.

Anuwe took the opportunity to rip her cloak back from his grip, shoving him to the ground with force Horus never would have guessed she possessed.

"Hey! Wait stop-please!!!"

The man with the odd bird cowl shouted after her.

She darted down the street, running as fast as she could through the night, fastening her cloak over her head as not to alarm anyone else.

She ran.

And she ran.

And she ran.

When she finally stopped their was no light nearby.

Not torches.

Just darkened huts of those asleep.

It took a few moment to regain her calm.

Why....

She'd ran so far and yet...

She wasn't tired in the slightest?

How was that possible?

And who the hell was the weird guy with the bird cowl on??
