1장: GOODBYE

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Soooo, what will be your soon-to-be baby's name?

Ms. Choi Scarlett: I don't know, maybe Zylan? , Kyungmin? Hmmm.... Blaire? or Zoe? Maybe Seung-Hoon?

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Oh, there are so many great names there. The baby's first name, will be "Zylan," Zylan Is one of my favorite among the other names. It's a perfect name and it suits the baby. The baby's name will be "Choi Zylan".

Ms. Choi Scarlett: It's really lovely, thank you. What about you? Lynn'~ Have you thought about the yours?

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Yes, I did. If it's a girl, I would name her Rezyl, if it's a boy, then it would be Dyzyl.

Ms. Choi Scarlett: Wow~, I hope it's a girl HEHEHEHE'.

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Thank you, I hope your's would be a boy'~.

And they laughed hysterically,talking about their soon-to-be babies.

And then one fateful day, two mates were nervously waiting outside hospital rooms as they keep hearing there wives screaming in pain. Beads of sweat were forming on their heads, awaiting for their wives to calm down. When the two males heard nothing but silence inside the rooms. They were eager to see what was the situation. Then happiness and relief washed over the two males as they heard babies crying. They felt euphoric as they saw their partners holding fragile babies.

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Oh, you're so beautiful. I'm going to name you "Kim Rezyl".

Mr. Kim Eun Hye: Welcome to the world, baby girl.

Ms. Choi Scarlett: Congratulations, you have a girl.

Mr. Kim Eun Hye: Thank you! Congratulations too!

Ms. Choi Scarlett: Thank you, I'm going to name him, Choi Zylan

Mr. Choi Jong-In: Hello Zylan, I'm your Papa.

Four Years later, Rezyl and Zylan are now considered childhood friends since their parents keep them close together. And now,currently, they are now making sandcastles.

Kim Rezyl: Woooowww....the castle look soww nice!

Choi Zylan: And Fowenesh (finish) !! Hey Rezyl the rivow (river) is finishh.

Kim Rezyl: When we get big, we'll live in the castle owkawwyy! (Okay)

Choi Zylan: Yessss, we'll live in a castle and I will build it.

Kim Rezyl: Yaaayyyy~....

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Rezyl, Zylan ! Time to go home.

Kim Rezyl: Mommmmyyy~!!!!

Choi Zylan: Where's my mwommyy~?

Ms. Kim Jaelynn: Zyiee, your mommy said that I will take you home since she is making your favourite food.

Kim Rezyl: Yay~, Zylan will twuake (take) a cwar (car) ride with me.

Choi Zylan: Weaally'~(Really), Yaaayyyy.......

Years passed, they are now sixth graders. They are still good friends. There are many memories that they have made. They have laughed, they had cried, but they never been mad at each other because they believed if they fought, they will be enemies. So they always point out their problems. Just as they thought that everything was all right, a tragedy happened. Due to the work of Rezyl's (Kim Eun Hye) father, they haven't seen each other for a while. Her Father only visits them once or twice because her father works at South Korea. Hence the surname, Rezyl is a half-Korean. But that Isn't the problem now, the problem now is that Rezyl and her family are moving to South Korean. She was more than disappointed, she was devastated. So devastated that she would have to leave her friends,hometown,school but most importantly, she would have to leave Zylan. Her one and only Childhood Best friend, the person who lightened her childhood days. She was frustrated,so she asked Zylan to meet with her since her house is only 5 houses away. Zylan accepted her request and waited under a street lamp. He saw a figure approaching him. The figure looked familiar as the figure approached him closer. It was Rezyl. Zylan started a conversation.

Choi Zylan: Why did you want to meet me here? Is there something wrong?

Kim Rezyl: The reason why I called you here is that.......me and my family are moving....

Zylan's mouth went agape, as he heard those words. He was speechless to hear that. His whole world shattered as the words she said echoed in his mind. Snapping out of his thoughts,he said...

Choi Zylan: What? Why? How? Where??!!

Kim Rezyl: Shhhh, Zylan. Your voice is too loud.

Choi Zylan: Well then, why?

Kim Rezyl: *Sigh, we moved because of dad's business. We can't keep seeing him once or twice a year. It's too much. So we're moving to South Korea.

Choi Zylan: Well, what about me? what about us?....

Kim Rezyl: I know. I can't leave you but I have to go....

Rezyl cried of the thought of leaving Zylan, She cried because she won't see Zylan again. Zylan saw her as she burst into tears. Zylan walked towards Rezyl and hugged her. He comforted her saying that it's alright. Rezyl, then calm down after a few minutes and wiped her tears away.

Kim Rezyl: I'm sorry but I have to go now....

As Rezyl turned around,she wanted to walk away but Zylan held her hand and hugged her tight. Rezyl was shocked but returned the hug in a few seconds. They said their good byes and went back home. They thought they won't see each other again so they said good bye a little longer. Little did they know, they didn't know what the future holds for them....
