Another request! Claire redfield x reader first date

Third P.O.V

Claire redifeld stood in the shooting range, nervously polishing her gun. Usually Claire wouldnt care about how dirty it is but she wanted to look good for you. After all it was your first date. This wasnt a normal date by any means. Both you and Claire have joined the BSAA after the raccoon city zombie attack. Her brother Chris and Leon had inspired her to join. You followed suit like a dog in heat. So considering the both of you were lethal BSAA members a movie didnt seem very appealing as a first date. Yet the shooting range was a lot more appealing. It was nothing fancy. Neither of you wore your best clothes, there werent flowere or gifts. No popcorn or holding hands and kissing during the movie. Just claire and you destroying the targets. It was perfect. The door swung open and you entered the shooting range and Claire's head whipped around. You gave her a smile before picking up the nearest hand gun and joining her at the range. 

'(Y/n) hi' Claire smiled at you before putting on the ear protectors. You didnt bother replying because she wouldnt be able to hear you, instead you waved back and followed suit. Gearing up and aiming at diffrent targets you shot for half an hour, giving eachother a smile or wink every time the bullet landed in the right place. Soon after you started to get slightly bored.

'Claire I bet I can shoot better than you' You mouthed and you both took of the headphones.

'Pft yeh right's she scoffed. So you both devised a game in which points could be earned and the person with the most won. This entertained the both of you. Most dates didnt have the love birds competing agasint eachother to hit a dummy in the heart. But then again you were soldiers with a love for guns. 

'HA' You yelled in excitement. Somehow you had beaten Claire though you suspected she let you.

'Alright you win' with a sly smile on her face. 

'Wheres my winners prize' you cheeked her.

Claire leant forward and went on the tips of her toes. She kissed your cheek before leaning back and grinning.

'There' she said before sliding on the headphones preparing to shoot. 

Your cheeks grew red fluttering you continued shooting. 

All in all you both were shooting for 5 hours with the occasional smile at eachother. It wasn't the most normal first date but it was defintly the best.
