Rain lashed down the windows its droplets trailing down the window. I could feel the draft blowing about my face chilling me to the bone. What had gone wrong this was supposed to be a simple mission. Find the presidents daughter and get out. Of course its never that easy. Never for me. For what felt like years i was stuck in this damned village with its crazy inhabitants. Of course i got stuck with baby sitting Ashley while Leon got all the action. The damp floor had soaked me to the bone and my fingers were numb. Damn leon.
I looked up as the door swung open and a figure stood in the doorway.
"Finally" I huff rolling my eyes.
"Do you know how long ive sat in the cold waiting for you to return! What the fuck were you doing" Pushing past him I slam the door shut berating him.
"Missed me?" He grinned wrapping his arm around my waist.
"Piss off" i groan shoving him off and grabbing ashley.
"We cant stay here anymore its not safe." I spoke. No wheres safe in this hellhole.
"Ill protect you until the day i day y/n"
