AFTER GETTING EXPELLED from Durmstrang for getting into yet another fight, the grand-daughter of Madam Pomphrey, Pheobe Pomphrey, has no choice but to go to Hogwarts, secretly. Not just that, but she has to help out in the hospital wing, unintentionally meeting an arrogant hazel-eyed boy when he passes out during a quidditch match.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒:

── if you change the oc's first name, keep it with the p's because it's a legacy: poppy pomphrey, piper pomphrey (pheobe's mom), and pheobe pomphrey.

── the pomphrey ladies don't change their last name because they're feminists <3 (but james might change that ;))

── don't make james a bully (i've seen people make james sirius a bully in a lot of fics), he's just a little annoying and cocky, he likes to show off a lot in front of pheobe lol

── pheobe would be a gryffindor like the rest of the previous pomphrey's 

── pheobe's one of those bold female lead characters, so she has her rude comments and a major temper problem (as you can see, she gets into a lot of fights)

── she's a lot more advanced than most students because the courses at durmstrang were harder than hogwarts, so they did more advanced stuff

── pheobe's a tough cookie on the outside, but on the inside she's just a sensitive softie that you have to get to, which james sirius is determined to do, so he bothers her a lot (in a cute way lol)

── i am not allowing a child to be named albus severus so he shall be named remus cedric potter because yes

── pheobe + lily luna brotp!! they always team up on james lmao

── IF YOU'RE WONDERING WHY THE STORY'S CALLED TWIX AND YOU CAN'T CHANGE IT HERE'S WHY: when james wakes up after passing out in a quidditch match against slytherin (he gets hit by a bludger on the head and cracks his scull), pheobe's the one healing him instead of madam pomphrey, so he's kinda like huh (he thinks she's gorgeous though lmao) but the first thing she does is give him a twix bar (she's a halfblood, her dad being a muggle) and tells him it's good and it'll make him feel better. he ends up loving it, and gets even more interested in pheobe when he finds out it's madam pomphrey's grand-daughter. so that's how it starts lol
