I DO NOT OWN TWILIGHT This is a fan fiction story!

It was the glossy piano black book cover that made me take a second look, the color it was familiar and it peeked an old interest. Looking at it again I saw the familiar font and the picture was an obvious give away and I found it beautiful yet creepy. There was a cut in half pomegranate, not exactly like a red apple but fruit nonetheless which is Stephenie Meyer thing when it came to Twilight Saga book covers she was so famous for writing. Did S.M write another Twilight book?

I was leaving from dropping off my girlfriend's lunch that she forgot on the kitchen table back at my apartment. She works part-time in a book store while she finishes getting her degree at Tuffs University. I don't ever come into the book store since I usually download my books now and days so when the book caught my eye I had to pick it up and find out what it was. It's funny that S.M has a fascination with fruit, I think to myself as I look the book over and see that it is in fact another Twilight book and the inside cover explains that she has written a Twilight companion novel in Edward's point of view. I roll my eyes and close the book.

There is soft nudge against my side, followed by the sweet scent of cucumber melon lotion that has me smiling and gripping the book when my girlfriend wraps her arm around my shoulders. I turn my head and smile at her and I see she's grinning at the book in my hands.

"Ah. Can you believe she wrote another book? Next thing you know she'll turn the whole Saga into a freaking series. It's in Edward's point of view. Ugh...Can you imagine how much greater your hate for Edward would be if you read this." She explains in a low voice to not be over heard and I turn the book in my hands seeing that she's right and that much of just Edward's inner thoughts makes me frown and I almost want to put the book back but I don't, I'm going to buy it and add it to my collection. Reading it or not reading is the question though, because I have no idea if I want to read it or not. I'm not a teenager any longer and she's right, Edward pisses me off and don't even get me started on Bella.

"Done eating already?" I say changing the subject and I turn my head back and forth looking around for her asshole boss before I kiss her cheek then turn my body to face her so that she moves her arm to not get her into trouble, because her boss is a huge asshole.

"Nah, I was only on a fifteen-minute break, my lunch is in an hour though. Thanks again baby for bring it in. So, are you going to buy the book?" She asks with humor at the end and I shrug my shoulders. "I guess. I mean, I have all the other hardcover first addition books of Stephenie Meyer's." I explain and she nods and she grabs another copy of the book off the shelve and inspects it. "$27.99 plus tax." She says and puts it back on the shelf and nods and gets a look like she's going to buy the book as well.

"I'll buy it, who knows it might be worth something in the future since they are all first additions just like my old Harry Potter books. They are iconic so..." Sara laughs at how nerdy I am with how much I love anything Harry Potter.

"You're not going to read it are you? You're just going to send it home to have your mom put it away with your other books." Now it's my turn to laugh because she knows me so well. "Yup." It's true, I have most of my books at my parent's house all in boxes since I didn't want to bring them across country from California to here where I currently live Massachusetts where I went to University.

"You know me so well." I say lovingly and nudge her foot with my own. I really want to kiss her again but I don't want to get her into trouble. Sara smiles back and give me a loving look in return. "Yup. You groan and curse every time you see one of the movies playing on tv and you never let me watch any of them." She pouts with her hands now on her hips and there is humor on her face even with the pout and I find it so cute.
