Hold Up

Chapter 13

The next morning I wake up to a lot of soreness in my arm, shoulder, and parts of my back.  There's also a tenderness between my legs reminding me of what happened last night.  My eyes snap open hard and my heart races as realization sets in and I remember everything that happened. I look around realizing a few things that tell me yesterday and last night happened and it wasn't a dream.  Taylor is still here and sleeping next to me facing the wall. I'm still in Bella's room and I am truely Bella Swan. Everything truly happened and I'm still here. I instantly calm down knowing that I'm not dreaming and I grudgingly get out of bed because I have the urge to pee and I'm glad I went to bed wearing clothes because I quietly slip out of bed to not wake Taylor and I go right to unlock the door.  I walk out without making any noise so that I don't wake Taylor.

Once in the bathroom, I relieve myself and there isn't much discomfort when I wipe.  This makes me think of Taylor and I hope she won't have any either when she wakes up and goes pee. 

Smiling softly I close my eyes and reminisce about everything last night and the fact that I already changed the story of the timeline so much and I don't even care.  However, I recall Esme telling me that Carlisle and Edward are dead so that must mean I'm already in an alternate universe and it makes me wonder what else is different and what will happen.  I guess I can always ask Alice for advice about the future since she saw me after she texted me, but I already knew from the books and movies that Alice could see Bella right up until she got pregnant. Thinking of having his baby let alone marrying him and sleeping with him makes me shudder.

I wash my hands and do my morning routine of washing my face, brushing my teeth, and looking at my hair it really needs to be washed so I'll take a shower later.

When I leave the bathroom I can smell coffee coming from down the hall which makes me wonder who's awake so I walk down to find out.

I discover its Renee who's awake and she turns her head having either sensed me or hear me and she smiles softly leaning her back against the sink.  Remembering last night events and seeing her soft smile turns into a scary grin I know she's also thinking of lasts night and she starts to quietly sing.

I can't believe she actually sang one of Madonna's famous songs and even started to danced like Madonna.
