The next thing I knew, I woke up in some sort of dojo. I looked around and saw my torn Kevlar t shirt and blood stained trench coat. I looked at myself. There were bandages on my torso and abdomen.  I'm still wearing my black jeans and combat boots.

"I see that you've woken up." A man's voice appeared.

I looked to my left and quickly jumped to my feet,, only to end up clutching my ribs.

"Careful, you'll reopen the wound." The man warned.

I saw a short old Chinese man with chestnut brown eyes and grey hair with a goatee. We was wearing a red Hawaiian shirt with a white hibiscus flower pattern, tan capri pants, dark brown shoes and a bracelet on his right wrist.

"Who are you and where am I?" I asked.

"My name is Wang Fu. The guardian of The Miraculouses." He said with a bow. "If you're wondering, you are in my flower shop. Well, the back of it, of course."

I gulped. I realised that I forced Marinette and Adrien to tell me about their alter egos.

"About what I did, I-". I replied.

"It's alright. I trust that you wouldn't tell anyone, Alex." He interrupted me with a smile.

"How did you know my name!?" I gasped.

"Your friend told me a lot about you. And I must say, she was very impressed with your decision with becoming a vigilante." He added.

He sat down on the ground and beckoned me to come closer. I cautiously walked over to his direction and sat in front of him. He looked into my eyes.

"You're heart is pure but troubled. I can see that you have suffered a great loss at a young age." Fu said.

I remained silent. Just who is this old man?

I then saw a small green turtle like creature float next to him.

"My name is Wayzz the kwami of protection." The creature introduced himself.

We continued to talk for a few hours about the miraculous, how I first met Ladybug and Chat Noir and my patrols as Le Loup before I told him I have to go.

"Very well, your godfather is here to take you home." Fu said with a nod.

I  got up, took my t shirt and trench coat and left with a goodbye.

I then saw Joseph sitting nervously then got and hugged me tightly.

"Uncle! Stop, my ribs!" I yelped.

"Oh, I'm sorry!" Joseph replied and released me.

He was wearing his a white shirt with the top button undone, black trousers and matching loafers. His hair was a mess, most likely due to the rain.

"Ladybug told me that you were involved in a one sided gun fight. And that you were tortured." He told me as he drove me to his apartment.

"I saw him, Uncle. I saw my parents' killer." I replied.

Joseph stiffened. His knuckles turned white and through the rear view mirror, I saw his eyes prickled with tears of rage.

"He did this to you, did he?" He asked me.

I nodded painfully as I fumbled my ribbed Kevlar t shirt.

"The police have tried to apprehend him but they ended up either being bribed or killed." He sighed.

"He's also got Tina." I added.

"Damn. Guess the missing girls aren't the only one." He replied bitterly.

We continued with our journey in silence. After a 30 minute drive, we reached to his apartment. Joseph helped me out of his car and lead me to his room. He changed the bandages and gave me a black t shirt and grey shorts to wear.

"I'll sort out dinner for you. And don' worry about your apartment, my colleagues are taking care of it." He reassured me before going to the kitchen.

I sighed and rubbed my ribs where the stitch was located.

If I am going to rescue Tina, I need to be better prepared. I'll need to make more gadgets to help me. I picked up my grapple gun. The gun was intact, but the hook was crushed.

"Tina. Just wait for me a little longer."  I thought to myself.
