Chapter four Reunion of somewhat

Today was the first day of the Grand magic games and the announcement of the teams "second place not bad" Laxus said as we were gearing up, I had on a blue dress that was split to the side, a ribbon wrapped around my waist with a moon pendent on my chest "Clare" I snapped out of my thoughts I was feeling a bit nervous about the games "sorry what was that?" I said giving my attention to everyone "we put aside that we're competing with Fairy tail and focus on each other" Laxus said placing a hand on my shoulder as all of us nodded in agreement "it's Fairy tail team B" I said as we all raised our fists in the air "team B" we all chanted "hey we should make an grand entrance" Mirajane said all us looking Laxus "why me" he said not sounding pleased "come your Laxus Dreyar the thunder boy" I said slightly making fun of him "fine" he mumbled, me and Mirajane smiled "we can't lose, we have Clare and Mystogan" Gajeel said really excited "why am I one of the trump cards" I said slightly offended "no offence Clare, what we saw during training was incredibly we can't lose" Gajeel said as we all looked one another trying not to laugh "my sister is not a trump card, yes she'll really powerful but she's still my sister" Laxus said wrapping one arm around me pulling me close to him. This has put on a smile on my face training all those months had brought us close together finally having a real sibling relationship. We stopped in silence as we could hear the crowd roaring along with other celebrations "were just moments away from the start of the Grand magic games folks, I'm lead commentator Chapati Lola" Chapati announced himself "I'll be handling the play by play while former council member Yajima proves commentary, well Mr Yajima glad to have you here with us" Chapati greets Yajima "glad to be here" he said "let's not forget our special guest a member of Blue peagasus and current title holder Miss Fiore Jenny Realight" Chapati says "Blue pegasus will be bringing home the gold this year" Jenny cheers "ha she's funny" Gajeel said laughing "now the time has come to meet our competitors, first up in eighth place an old school from Magnolia they hadn't had luck in the past but now wearing to take back first place it's Fairy tail" Chapati announces "eighth place" we all said in shock and embarrassed "at least they made it" Mirajane said while the booing was intense going on "who would have thought they make it this far after losing every year, next up the team that came in seventh place the rowdy of hellhounds Quatro cerberus" Chapati announces the next team "and coming in sixth a guild filled to the brim with one of the fairest all female guild it's Mermaid heel" Chapati announces the next time "in fifth place at your service it's Blue pegasus" Chapati announces "hey guys do your best" Jenny said to of course her own team "next in fourth place the goddess of love and star it's Lamia scale" Chapati kept on with the announces and it was getting closer to our team

"Now to introduce our third place what a shocker swooping from a midnight group this dark and gloomy bunch making they debut give it up for Raven tail" my heart sank when I heard that name and Laxus was just as shock "Raven....tail that's" I said in fear as my body was trembling and shaking with fear "Ivan guild" Laxus growled "how is this even allowed" Mirajane said in shock too "dads here...he's here" I mumbled and immediately Laxus grabs my shoulders facing me towards him "you have nothing to worry about I'm here" Laxus said reassuring me as I nodded giving him a small smile I managed to shake it off putting focus on the game "now we have to prove our selfs even more now" Laxus said to all of us, this was bigger then ever "well there record shows appeared in order, there an old guild but sources tells us they've been active for seven years but they were only recently approved status by the magic council for official guild status" Chapati explained "hmm, if they have official status then technically there not a dark guild and are there for allowed to compete" Yajima said well that answers how this was allowed "I hope gramps is okay" I thought to myself, it was finally our turn to present our selves "our first place runner up is...OH WOW what a surprise this year competition got a whole lot more interesting folks" Chapati said as we headed to the arena, Laxus lightening with our fairy tail system surrounding us "grand entrance" I said excited then the lightening dispersed revealing us to the rest of the competing guilds "it's fairy tail team B" Chapati said "big sis" Elfman said in fear "Gajeel" Natsu said in shock "Laxus" Gray said "and Clare that's not fair" Lucy complained I just had a smirk on my face "hm I see we didn't expect them to have two teams" Ichiya said with his arms folded "hold up I need some answers somebody explain how Mystogan is even here" Natsu yelled but Erza clocked on that it wasn't Mystogan it was Jellal "sorry guys we weren't allowed to say anything" I said rubbing the back of my head "you've got to be kidding me" both Natsu and Gray said in shock everyone was staring at our team mumbling and slightly confused at the whole two teams "you know I think the new implemented rules may have left our audience a bit confused Mr Yajima care to explain" Chapati said to Yajima "sure thing, they've allowed for the grand magic games for each guild to enter to two teams, which they felt to make things more exciting" Yajima explained. Lucy turns to look over at gramps "why didn't you tell us your plan?" Lucy asked baffled by this but Gramps just burst into a laughing fit "you like that this is how Fairy tail guild takes care of business" Gramps stands proudly saying that "I'm not sure about this new rules isn't this a team base competition wouldn't two teams from the same guild stack the odds" Chapati said "it could stack the odd or not for sure it'll keep everyone on there toes" Yajima said "well it's totally unfair let's say if during a contest they could just team up against everyone" Jenny added "it does give Fairy tail an advantage but I guess that's there reward for only guild out of 102" Chapati said "you certainly have the upper hand well done Makarov" Yajima said as gramps continues laughing like a mad man "gramps quit it before you get a heart attack" I yelled at him "I see that's why so many teams enter the tournament" Lucy said then Natsu storms past her "THIS IS A LOAD OF CRAP" Natsu shouts at gramps "being in the same guild doesn't mean anything, if I fight you I'm going all out as long as your in the tournament your all my enemies"  Natsu said figure he would say something like that then Gajeel steps forward "I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm looking forward to you eating dirt for dinner" he said making Natsu angry. I'm little worried for the safety of everyone here I don't think people understand the lengths Fairy tail go to "what's the matter you look terrified" Mirajane says to her brother "it's cause I am" Elfman responds and frankly I don't blame him Erza and Mystogan are having a private conversation with Laxus involved "NOW for first place the guild you've all been waiting for give a big roar no.1 guild in Fiore the one and only Sabertooth" all our attention turned to the last guild to present themselves "Sting" I thought to myself.
