You sat on the couch, mindlessly scrolling through instagram as Friends played on the tv although you weren't really paying attention to it. Your girlfriend was working late and you just wanted her to come home and cuddle with you.

Putting your phone down, you diverted your focus to the tv as you fought sleep, wanting to be awake when your lover got home. Eventually, you lost the fight and drifted off while listening about how they don't know that we know that they know that we know they know.

Margot got home at about 12:30, she was filming a little further away so it took a while to get back. Slowly, she creeped into the dark living room that was slightly lit by the 'are you still watching' netflix screen.

She saw your small, sleeping form on the couch buried under mountains of blankets and lifted you into her arms, carrying you upstairs to bed. Placing you down gently, she pressed a quick kiss to your forehead before having a shower.

You felt the bed dip next to you and shuffled closer to your lover. "Hello, love," her soft australian accent rang through your ears. "Hi," you whispered back, your voice thick with sleep which Margot secretly loved.

"How was your day?" she asked you. "Boring, I just wanted cuddles all day," you pouted. "Aww, I'm sorry baby," she giggled and kissed your pout away.

"How was work?" you fiddled with the strings on your hoodie. "It was alright, we didn't get to do any stunts which was sad but I still enjoyed it," she played with your hair as she spoke.

"That's nice," you smiled up at her. "Yeah, now get some sleep, sweetheart. You look exhausted from all that nothing you did today," she chuckled. "Excuse me?" you hit her arm playfully, "I'd like to see you do all that nothing."

She pulled the covers over you both, "maybe I'll just have to take the day off tomorrow and see how difficult all this nothing really is." You lay your head on her chest, "maybe you will."
