Marinette scrambles into class, late, again. It's odd to me, she's always late when Ladybug and Chat Noir have previously done hero work.
Now that I think of it, her and Ladybug look exactly alike.
I look at Adrien, wondering if he's make the connection too. I'm assuming not. People here are quite dense.
Marinette takes her seat and science class begins. Our teacher rambles on about random shit and how she's made the best scientific discovery ever.
"I found these little creatures yesterday..."
My eyes widen and I look at Adrien. He looks at me nervously.
"She found Plagg." He mouths.
Shit. I wish you luck Sunshine. Adrien silently panics at his desk, I look at Marinette behind him, who also looks pale-faced and nervous.
The gears turn in my head, Marinette must be Ladybug. I'm so good at guessing things.
"Uh, I have to go to the bathroom!" Marinette says, standing quickly.
She doesn't wait for an answer and bolts from the room.
"Anyways, I'm going to be talking about my scientific discovery on TV later today and I would like all of you to watch." Our teacher says.
I roll my eyes, as if. That's dumb. No one will believe her.
An idea springs in my head.
"Do you have proof of these creatures?" I ask, smirking slightly.
"N-no," our teacher stammers, "b-but I will f-find them again!"
I bite the corner of my lip to keep from laughing, "so you lost them? Sounds like a good coverup story."
Adrien looks at me knowingly and jumps into the conversation, "yeah. I'm skeptical. You said you couldn't touch them, and they want through walls? Sounds like BS."
The rest of the class erupts in disbelief of her story. Taking it apart until it's nothing but a fairy tail.
Adrien mouths to me, "thank you"
"Anytime, sunshine."
