chapter eight

Katie's pov

I turned and it was Leah, leah was michael's girlfriend, but I don't see what he saw in her, honey brown hair, and sky blue eyes, yeah she was pretty but I was prettier.

"lele where were you, I looked all over for you at school, but you weren't there."

"Well, I had this big photoshoot, and so I just skipped, oh guess who I found."

I turned to see jake, luke, stephen, john, and mike, wait michael, I thought he was at home.

"so who's this."

"this is my cousin emma."

emma's pov.

"hi." I said in a low whisper.

"let's see." the girl said looking me up, and down.

"7 for shoes, 8 for top, and 10 for shorts." she said.

I looked confused.

"she's rating your look." Katie whispered to me.

I looked at the boys, and immediatly noticed, michael, he was my favorite boy cousin, he taught me how to play football.

"mikey!" I shouted, I ran to him, and hugged him.

"so how ya been, do you still sleep with a nightlight." I teased.

"emma?" he said.

"well duh, who else would it be."

"who's your friend." a boy with blonde hair said, I looked at him and he winked at me.

Katie stepped forward, "this is my cousin emma, and she's coming to live with us."

I looked closer into the crowd and saw what I thought was an angel, he was so cute, I just wanted to star at him all day.

"emma, hello anybody there." Katie said waving her hand infront of my face.

"oh sorry kitty my bad."

"who's kitty." another one of the boys asked.

"oh it's just something I used to call Katie." I said.

"like I was saying, why don't you all introduce yourselves."

"I'm Jake." the blonde one who winked at me said.

"and this is stephen, john, and luke." he said.

So that was the boy's name luke, it was such a beautiful name.

"hey we're going to the beach after this wanna come." Leah said.

"sure, how about you emma?"

"um, I don't have a bathing suit."

"don't worry, you can just come all natural."  stephen said, luke elbowed him in the stomach, while john, gave him dap, and jake laughed.

Katie rolled her eyes, "we'll buy you one."

"how about hollister." leah said.

the boys followed us, but Katie turned around and said, "girls only."

The girls helped me pick out a really cute navy and white striped bikini it was a San Buenaventura Blue.  the total came up to 40 dollars, we as in michael, katie, and I went home to get dressed.
