Something Like That

Piece by piece the wood had been cut if off the tree as Pope managed to form a heart shaped cut in the tree.

JJ heated up the metal as he managed to engrave the words into the tree managing to spell out John B's name.

Me and Kie buried the box of stuff that reminded us of John B and I picked up the dirt with my hands placing it ontop of the box burying it.

"To John B." JJ raised his flask up.
"And to Sarah." Kie added and I grabbed his flask of off him taking a huge sip of what tasted like whiskey.

"Calm down." Kie told me and I handed JJ the flask back. "Don't fucking tell me to calm down."

I walked away angry as the three of them starred.

I had distanced myself of from everyone. I hadn't talked to my own twin sister in a day or two. I hadn't spoken to JJ either. If anything I talked to Pope more than them.

I walked over to the hammock slowly resting myself ontop of the hammock rocking myself back and forth.

"Kay, you wanna talk?" I heard his voice and I lifted my head up to look at him. I shook my head looking back towards the hammock.

"No."

"Well I do. So move up." JJ told me forcing me to move up so he could lie next to me.

"What the hell you wanna talk about?" I asked starring at him, we were both just starring at eachother. I felt so warm with him.

"Us."

"What about us?" I asked and he let out a small sigh.

"Are we together or not." JJ asked and I let out a small sigh. I sat up grabbing his flask from him taking another gulp.

"JJ-"

"I know that tone. That's the famous sorry not sorry Carrera line." JJ said as he sat up next to me. I could tell he was a little shocked.

"I can't right now." I told him and he nodded but he didn't seem happy about it.

"Can you at least give me a heads up when. Because that would be great." JJ scoffed and I get that he was pissed of.

"I can't control everything. I have no idea what's going to happen. Or what's not going to happen. JB just died, me and you are not really important."

I told him and he widened his eyes to the last of my words. They were not meant to come out that way.

"Were not important. I'm not important to you?" JJ said raising his voice at me.

"I didn't mean it like that-"

"No Kay, I knew exactly what you meant. Thanks for clearing things up." JJ said as he stood up walking away.

"JJ!" I yelled at him.

He turned himself to look towards me. "You know what Kay, fuck you!"

"You almost did!" I yelled back and Pope and Kie's eyes fully widened. I don't think I told them about that.

"I'm glad I didn't, keep your virgin ass to yourself!" He scolded and I just shook my head laughing.

"Sucks for you because I'm not a virgin!" Yeah I had no idea why the hell I said that. Because I am a virgin. But it was funny to see JJ's reaction.

All of their faces dropped. "I'm sorry what!" Kie joined in and I just grinned. "No way." Pope joined in.

"Like anyone would want to fuck you." JJ said and I grinned.
